  15 minutes and the view doesn't change, called the bank to see if everything was okay and was told "sorry there is just two of us here". Line is so deep you can't get to the ATM.

  I would rate this bank zero if I could, I had a fraudulent transaction on my account so I called and disputed the charge and requested a new debit card to be sent, during that time of a new card to be mailed and received I called to activate the new card and found out my account was closed and charged off to collections, this is completely against best practices and my account was not used as I was waiting for new debit card and unable to make a deposit due to not having a working debit card as I reported mine being used fraudulently and there business hours to make an in person deposit as they close at 3pm due to staffing, I am at work during the time they open and close!!! Completely unacceptable especially with a dispute going on!!!

  One of the worst banks I ever been with . Can't release my funds in a timely manner had to wait 84 hrs after a deposit . That is completely BS. Then on top charge me 35 .00 everytime I make a deposit and because it's under . Trying to get it above but it's complete robbery .from it's patrons and not telling people bout the fraudulent check that was coming in . That was not authorized is wrong stop helping scammers and help your patrons .

  The lobby was closed so all banking was being done at the drive up; the tellers were very patient and helpful.

  I think they're shut down. I live near by and have come here during regular hours a dozen times in the last 6 months. There is a sign saying lobby is closed, use drive thru but drive thru is also closed

  They let you sit and wait in the drive thru for more than 15 minutes. I will not take my business to them no more and honestly think the credit unions are why better.

  I've been banking with BOTW for several years. I like the bank itself, however the one on 104th and Huron has gotten out of control. I've gone in the middle of the day and they are closed, no explanation or anything. It has become very common at this branch. This branch is close to my house, but am really considering going to a different branch. There are times when you sit in the drive thru forever, finally get up there and they don't even acknowledge you. It's also very worrisome to go to that bank and have a bunch of homeless people hanging out at the bus stop. It's very uncomfortable....

  I made an appointment with belma at 12:30 pm and waited a whole hour before I left and took my business somewhere else. Don't come here don't bank here. Horrible service

  This bank takes very good care of me. The bankers in services are very knowledgeable, and the bankers in drive through are generally expedient and thorough. The only reason I left it at 4 stars is due to them closing at 6...right when I generally get off of work. 1 more hour through out the week would make it a 5 star review.

  Made me sit in the drive thru for 15 min before getting to me. Then proceed to tell me their system won't take my checks and that the checks are defective. Took them to another bank only to be told that since B of W already ran the checks, they should have signed them stating they hadn't followed through with depositing them, before giving them back. So, bc B of W didn't do this, I had to drive back to this branch, have them initial them and then drive back to the other bank. This other bank had no problem depositing them. Wasted 45 min of my day. Nothing wrong with my checks. Either something wrong with the person or with their system. Now that's BAD service. Also they wanted to hold money orders for 7 business days even though it only takes 2 for them to clear. Just want to hold your money hostage to lend out at 10x and charge interest on it. Their competition doesn't do this.
