  Last time I visit this location. Wait time is over one hour. Staff is mostly friendly but whoever is scheduling 1 teller is killing customer service. Hire someone and staff your business.

  Very disappointed as a new customer. Called in during bank office hours and never able to talk to a representative. Always listening to pre-recorded music, messages...and eventually being asked to leave a message.

  The lane wasn't even long tellers took forever with every customer ... Service too awful ... Worst branch I've been here in town... Would recommend this branch to anyone.. Not unless you wanna be 25 min in line with only like 10 people ahead of you...

  The lady with black hair that works in a office box is a complete over abusive woman that has no respect for anyone. Told me to get off my phone when I was using Snapchat while I had been in there for about 1 hour trying to cash a check. Trying to use powers she doesn’t have. I wish I knew her name so I could blast her.

  Branch manager refused to help me resolve a rather simple transaction. Was condensing and not helpful. There are plenty of banks in Colorado, use a different one.

  Horrible customer service! Horrible! I've been to other locations that will actually care about you...not the teens here! They all just want their paycheck and could care less about why they are actually there and what the job entails. Yet another reason to leave Wells Fargo!

  Came in to close and re-open accounts. It took some time but Kyle was very patient and knowledgeable. It was nice to be remembered from earlier in the week, JJ knew exactly why I was in. Odalys was also very sweet. Thank y’all.

  good service but i cant get a representative on the phone when i call this branch. Its always a busy signal no matter what even after hours its busy. kind of annoying why put your number to contact you and cant even get a hold of anyone

  Terrible went to open a new account and the lady up front made so many excuses just because I wanted to have a different home address... she didn't even let me see a banker! WTF she acted like I was not worth being a customer!
