The supervisor in the morning and the employees They are arrogant and despotic, believing themselves to be better than others just because they work there. they always make excuses and do not solvethe problem . I have been more than three occasions that that I had to go to this location it never given solution but if I go to other location of BANK OF AMERICA they help me and solve my problem. The worst customer service ever .

This is one of the poorly run banks I have ever been in. I am very annoyed right now that they are temporarily closed now when I need to deposit large amounts of cash for my business. Also, before when they were open, they keep tell me to use their ATMs. Why? Your ATMs poorly managed. I had one ATM glitched on me and all the money got stuck inside the machine. Took awhile for that money to deposit. Hay! Bank of America, your ATMs can't handle large amounts of cash! Stop trying to force everyone to use ATMs! Either fix your ATMs or hire more employees to handle large amounts of people. I recommend to stay away from this bank of America and go to another Bank of America like the one's in Berwyn. They still have a large lines, but at least they're better at customer service.

The tellers are very nice but they never have enough of them. NEVER! It's very aggravating to stand in line for 20+ mins while the manager stares out the window in the lobby. Why doesn't he get back there and help? I am here right now and already 3 people had to walk out because they couldn't stay any longer. This is the absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a bank. I'll be finding another bank. Hey the chase bank isn't far from here. As soon as I get the time to switch my business account I will be doing that. Chase here I come! Oh and by the way while I was writing this 2 more people walked out because of the wait. Unbelievable!

When you come in they make you feel you will be taking care of quickly. But then, the advise you that it'll take you 45 minutes to talk to a BUSINESS AGENT! 45 minutes!!!... Is a waste of time for a small business owner just to claim charges to the bank account that shouldn't be made BY THE BANK I'm the first place. They're charging fees for everything! And if they don't have a justified reason to do so, they make one up. I feel that instead of helping me and my business, Bank of America is ripping me off.

For all the money Bank of America gains from it's customers I am sure an extra teller can be afforded. Assign a teller or two in this location. Specially on the first friday of the month and after the two days of extreme weather. I had to wait too long and behind me there was a long line of about 10 customers waiting to receive service. One teller!..Really?

Super slow service and complicated staff. Waited an hour and a half to get one sheet of paper notarized. After wasting and hour and a half of my day, the one person available to notarize (Yolanda) refused to notarize because although I had a government issued picture ID, Bank of America account and document all with the same name on it (my name) but a second account had my married last name, she wouldn't verify identity. Also, I did have my official name change paperwork reflecting the change but she still refused. If I could give less than one stars I would. Better off driving a couple minutes and going to a different location.

People are friendly and establishment is nice and clean but wait time should be less then 15 minutes. There are three computers and it seems everytime I am here there is only one open and more than 3 people in line. There are other employees there but they are always doing other stuff.

The worst services I’ve ever seen from a bank, how can u only have 1 teller taking care of everyone, if ur on ur way here be prepared to wait at least 15 20 min , unless u get pick and no one is ahead of u, which is rare, all they wanna do is to push u to use the ATM. Which is bullsiht. I’m making this rivew in hope that something will change, not to make them look bad. They make them selfs look bad.

So slow. 45 min wait to 1 hour bc they only have 1 banker. Bankers efficiency needs to be monitored if that’s the case. Currently 6 ppl waiting in line for 1-2 tellers. Shameful.

From all of the BoA this one is one of the worst ones. There is never any appointments available. I have gone to other bank of america and they always are able to help when needed. They have people waiting to be seen and have employees just talking on an empty office.
