  Horrible bank service time wise they take 15-20 minutes to get service the owner should consider Having more employees during work hours in the morning not only one employee taking several people given the fact that we have accounts in this bank we don’t have the time to be waiting half- hour to come and withdraw money. Don’t be cheap and have more employees working The drive-through section they only have two lanes open and one employee working.

  Disrespectful, full of attitude, and assumptions. Not even sure they understand the banking process. I understand this is a small bank but pls all banks are supposed to work the same. Someone had used my card to make a purchase, and instead of trying to fix the problem, they told me it was my problem and it must be a monthly charge I'm not aware of. Sad they rather make excuses than do their job and open a dispute.

  Very bad service even with the lobe closed but the drive thru with too much waiting time the staff is very slow or slow for what I have experienced

  I have a month that opened account with them and I never got LA debit card just gave me a paper card I can not get my money only in the bank. Automatimente if I do not have cash and the bank is closed I get nothing. Very bad system I work for you
