  Unfortunately every time I come to make a deposit via the drive through it takes the teller over 5-7 minutes to even greet me and the deposit time takes over 20 minutes which is ridiculous when I’m the only one in line. I wish the service at location was a good as the Logan Square location that I frequent.

  Went to make a deposit Saturday at the ATM and the atm eat my money and got a error message , but no money back at all. This has happened multiple times now, when I try to deposit cash. The atm is old and outdated. I went inside and the personnel stated they could not do nothing beside give me a number to call and file a dispute. I have been calling for four day now and i'm on hold for a whole hour with NO answer. This is the worst experience now with this atm and bank service in general. I will switch my accounts immediately and report them to BBB. They should not take customers money and to top it off not answer the phone for days.

  I highly recommend this location. Very professional. Lucy Arechiga, banker is very attentive and gives her loyalty advice to the customers.

  Besides it busy real busy in the lobby and drive through on the weekdays especially during the evening the employees are pretty nice.

  This is my #1 branch I always go to, their customer service is great! Everyone from the tellers to the bankers are very friendly. I feel very welcomed every time I go in and the tellers actually remember your name and greet you as you walk in the door! That to me is amazing. Great job guys. I have been attended by Every one of their tellers and all girls have great personalities.

  I went to 2500 location about 2 weeks ago this branch is so welcoming. As soon as you walk in you have 3 customer service rep waiting to take care of you. They are always in a good mood with a nice smile. I told all my friends and family about there service and how pleasant it was when I opened my account with my banker. She has a difficult last name. But her first name is Ms Lucy. Very professional and helpful person. I had so many question and she was very patient with me. Thank you.

  I would review location with negative feedback, this has to be the most unprofessional that used over power of authority. I just open a bank account with 5/3 and walk in to this location to open up a back account Karina helped me. She made many mistake on my account. After I went to make a complete to the store because that's what customer service told me on the phone . Karina and Monica employees at this location made me look like a criminal and called the police on me kicking me out using over power of authority. Now that I see the reviews here I noticed this has happened to a lot of people at this location.

  Horrible bank location. Used their drive tru ATM to deposit $440 for my car loan into my checking acct and ATM did not reflect $80 of it. I disputed it and customer service and 5 3 Bank didn't believe me. So on top of $440 I have to pay another 80$ because their stupid drive tru ATM isn't doing its job right...I'm glad I still bank with Chase for personal..Avoid ATM drive trus..robs your money and bank doesn't believe you. 0 stars if I could!!

  I really enjoying going to this location. Everyone is so friendly. And the manager is so helpful. My banker is knowledgeable and explain everything into detail. I highly recommend this location.

  First of all the customer service is horrible especially in the drive thru now hello how can i help no thank you have a good day you have to press the call button to make sure they got your info worst bank I’ve ever been to
