      Bank of America branches generally suck, but this one especially. There is nothing more frustrating than wanting to do a simple transaction with limited time and have to wait in line for 10-15 minutes before arriving to the counter to be serviced by the SINGLE teller working a 10-15 customer deep, line. All the while, 3-4 other bank employees are arbitrarily wandering about, seemingly with nothing to do other than stare at all the dissatisfied customers in line. Why do I bank here?

      This branch definitely sucks. Just to make a simple transaction takes you 40+ minutes. Nobody asks what we need help with, was in line for 25 minutes to make a large deposit and was told to step aside and fill up a deposit slip, if I knew about it I would’ve had it ready. Bofa needs to really step up their game. This branch is always busy, and only one cashier working. Bad service to their customers.

      If you want to waste your time waiting in line. This place is the place to go. The RMV does a better job at managing their lines. Expect to come in and wait for one teller to take 20+ minutes with one person while there is 5+ people waiting. At least they smile and wave. But don’t expect them to truly care about providing timely service. That’s to much for them.

      Employees are nice, but they always run wayyyy behind - scheduling an appointment in advance is usually pointless, you still have to wait at least a half hour. If you want a notary or other services, I’d recommend the branch on Boylston- they’re much better at sticking to appointment times.

      Genuinely one of the slowest banks I’ve ever been to. Taking out quarters should not take 20 minutes. Always a line, not enough staff, and any process takes an eternity.

      Very useless people. I want there today because i lost a card and the guy literally says he was busy and i should call. But I’m traveling internationally today and need a physical card. He just dismissed me and ask me to call to ask my card to be replaced

      Bank is always slow, not enough tellers, be sure to put 30-45 min out of your day if u go here planning on not using atm

      The wait time was lowkey long (even tho I had an appointment) BUT a big shout out to Ted Dawson who was quick, cordial, and answered all the questions, and helped me set up the account. everyone was v pleasant.
