I recently moved to a new location and started using this Brighton Branch as my home branch. The service is wonderful and people are very helpful and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Alexandria (Ali). Good job! Thanks to Andrew, Rafael. - Lidia

To be clear this review is not of this TD Bank branch but of TD bank as a whole. Tonight I went to make a payment using my debit card and had the transaction declined. It was declined because TD bank had apparently sent me a replacement credit card, and disconnected my current card. I was advised that my money is locked until I activated the new card (which I don't have) or I visit a local branch to have a new card issued. The rep on the phone while extremely pleasant informed me that nothing could be done and I have no access to any of my money until I get this situation resolved. Ok Td Bank Ok. What if I am traveling abroad? What if I am travelling to a part of the country that doesn't have a local branch? What if the ee card wasost in the mail? My cure t card doesn't expire until the end of the month. Why do you have an automatic system that can irreversibly block me from my money. This company is a joke. I do not recommend trusting any money to TD Bank . The only thing I can count on is this situation generating some BS fee/service charge.

Sigmund was very unprofessional. Will never come here again, and an encapsulation of why I left TD Bank.

I've had nothing but good experiences at this bank. I have a business account here and brought another family member there to open an account. I recommend them to my small business clients. Their hours are super convenient, everyone is exceptionally friendly and it's a dog-friendly bank, including biscuits on the teller counter. Not that many places I can combine an errand with walking the dog so I much appreciate that.

People are nice, BUT, it takes longer to do things there.

Went there to open a bank account, credit card, and find out more information about their services. My first experience was typical of Boston, an explanation from an employee who obviously did not care about their job. It was informational and helpful, but I had to use probing questions to ask for every detail. A good employee would figure out what I knew and didn't know, asses my needs and find out which account/card was good for me. While at the counter I noticed some odd customer engagements. "Customer is last" seems like a good motto for this branch. Clearly, basic operational tasks had much more importance than the customer. Customers were greeted in a mumbling, quiet voice. Customers were also told "Hold On! I'm not ready yet" without even the slightest eye contact. A more appropriate response would be, "Sorry! I'll be with you in one minute". The manager, a well-dressed man seemed to embody the same carelessness as his employees, not making eye contact and talking over customers to his employees. I was then referred to the rudest employee there, Eti Sharon. She approached me, said, "You need my help?", and then told me to go sit at her desk. After several minutes of talking, I introduced myself and asked for her name. No name tag was present, and she did not make any attempt to introduce herself or even say hello. I was told to fill out an application, to which she did not reference and had to re-ask me all the questions I had already filled out on the form. She seemed thoroughly confused that I was opening both a bank account and a card at the same time and had to call the front counter to ask questions. Furthermore, there was no explanation of the bank account or card I was opening. I was told at the counter that I could open an account with no minimum balance or transfer money from my other bank. Eti scoffed at me when I told her I would add money later to my bank account. At this point I was fed up with the poor customer service and told her she was being rude to me. Most replies would be somewhat apologetic and try to remedy the situation. Her reply was, "I think we are quite considerate here". Simply amazing how bad of an experience one can have there. Unfortunately they rubbed me wrong, and I won't be going back. Hopefully, they can afford some basic training for their employees and employ some better management skills.

I needed a replacement card. I specified which account was needed to be linked and It was linked to the a wrong account of mine in a different state. I only noticed because I was asked to fill out a survey for a bank in CT. If I make a banking error it costs me 14-35 dollars. If they make a mistake it’s hours of phone calls and revisits to the branch. This is not convenience.

I went there earlier today and the whole place was empty! Additionally there was money sitting on the counter, under no supervision! I used to work in banking and this kind of stuff can cause a bank to fail audits at the least or face lawsuits at the most. The lack of security was evident as it took me quite a while to figure out how to get the bankers attention so she would come out of the back room and give me a roll of quarters. Absolutely mind-blowing! You could get fired for this lack of service and lack of attention to security in any other bank!
