  On top of everything that was mentioned by others - they don't even bother to pick up the phone. I called them 17 times in 2 days, to no avail, just an answering machine, you can’t even leave a message. It's a shame. Avoid this place.

  I had a scheduled appointment with a notary at 4:00pm. When I arrived at 3:50, the bank was already closed. During these times I can understand staffing problems for general transactions, but they scheduled me for this time. BofA has been great to me, but this is the second time this specific branch has burned me.

  My neighbor who doesn't speak English well was having a hard time communicating with the teller and rather than trying to communicate with her he SHOOD her out of the store and refused her service. Just horrible costumer service all around. They don't care about their customers one bit.

  I would give this place 0 stars if possible. Every single time I go here, it’s always something! One person helping a huge line, the store hours change daily depending on staff! I went there on 9/14 and they had a sign posted saying they open at 10 am. And when 10 came around some guy pops his head out and says “sorry were not going to be open today and to go across town to the Orenco office! I stood out there for ten minutes watching them inside and at no time before 10 sharp did he bother to come tell us. Absolutely ridiculous. This is exactly why I use KeyBank!!

  Was once the best bank in town with a staff like family things changed the community grew and the area blew up ...I agree there's always (something) the lines suck the customer service is pretty decent at this location as opposed to calling... that seems to get progressively worse and worse I honestly miss that big kind bank manager and the brilliant staff that started my first account as a kid the only issue back then is something that's still a problem today and that's the obsessive prying involment from certain community members I remember getting screamed at the cops coming ect ..over deposits made as a kid ... I think the banking system could be made safer for everyone and much more efficient but I'm not paid to pitch banking system ideas

  I was quoted a $250 early closure fee when I originally opened my HELOC, I had my HELOC opened just a few months short of the 3 year minimum and I was charged $531 dollars when I ended up closing it early, they blatantly misrepresented the fees associated with that account, after sitting on hold on numerous occasions trying to get them to make it right I was told "sorry there is nothing we can do about it" I never even borrowed against the HELOC so basically I paid $531 for nothing, usually a bank will at least make an attempt at satisfying a customer when they feel so taken advantage of but not in this case. I would not recommend using Bank Of America for any home related loans. I am not the kind of person to ever leave a negative review unless it is very much deserved.

  Poor resource utilization! There were 5 people in line inside and 2 cars waiting in the drive-in, 3 employees, only one teller, one watching the teller and one standing at the door greetings! I was in line for almost 5 minutes and not even 1 customer was completed the service. Should make improvements. I went to the BoA branch on Main Street Hillsboro, it took me less than 1 minute to complete my business!

  I'm extremely disappointed with the service that's provided here. I went in today for an appointment and ended up for 10 minutes to find an employee to tell them I have an appointment. Seriously, there's no employee waiting at the door to greet us? I ended up waiting in the long line to speak with a single teller about my stitution. They told me that they'll be with me soon. I ended up waiting more... Then a lady came up to me and rudely, very rudely, ask me what I'm here for. I told her about my appointment and ended up waiting more. All in all, the waiting was making me mad and I ended up leaving. By the way, this place is filled with Mexican and they all speak in Spanish. I felt discomforted and out of place as all the employees were speaking Spanish with the customers. This is one of the worst Bank of America branch I've gone to.

  Very lazy people 6 people on the clock 1 person working. The operations manager is the laziest of the bunch. They are also very rude and talk down to you. I've tried to work with them for 2 years and they are constantly rud . . I will be canceling all my accounts . .. proof is in the reviews . Whoever is regional manager needs to get that placed fixed fire and re hire . No bad comments have a response from management apologizing or anything . . They have genuinely no care

  We are costumers since 2003 and this branch Doesn’t care about the people Waiting for long time to see a banker. Only two and one short lady Soo rude just taking care of the people she do want , than the people waiting For more than an hour! No vayas ahí Nosotros cerraremos nuestras cuentas Le dije que estábamos esperando she just said, thanks for your feedback!
