  First Community Credit Union is the place to go to for any loan needs. Not only do they have the best rates compared to other credit unions or banks, but also a great manager named Jason who is friendly and knowledgeable to help you with all your loan questions. Also, I recently sold my vehicle to a dealership, and they didn't follow through with the payoff payment to FCCU in a timely manner. However, Jason was extremely helpful and contacted the dealership on my behalf to get the issues resolved quickly. FFCU is very lucky to have such a great employee like Jason who is always looking out for the customer's best interest. He is truly a professional and provides excellent customer service. If I ever need any future loans, FFCU in Hillsboro is the first place I would consider.

  We recently refinanced our home with First Community Credit Union in Hillsboro. The customer service was great. Jason, our loan officer, kept us informed through the application process and helped resolve any issues that came up. He was always ready to answer any questions that we had.   Ever visit to Oregon First at their Hillsboro location not only am I pleasantly greeted and experience a feeling by the staff behind the counter like I am their most important customer of the day as if that was as good as it could get, I also am greeted with a huge smile from Jason the manager if his office is open. Jason is my go to person for all my business transactions makes me feel so comfortable and always is sure to make every experience the best it could be. At the Forest Grove location it is just the same and Sheri is just as nice and professional as Jason. A 5 Star Experience every visit.

  We processed our car loan here and received amazing service. Veronica was organized, attentive and so helpful. She clearly explained all of our options and answered our many questions. She went out of her way to help us with multiple used vehicles that we were considering and helped us to finance the one that we really wanted. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and they have popcorn!

  Love, Love LOVE this bank. First off, I've had multiple bank accounts and made A lot of transactions throughout my military career. This bank has given me the best rates, Hands down! I get that friendly neighborhood vibe from the moment I walk in. I've been helped by Natcha from Hillsboro Branch and Caitlyn, Lara and Chrystal from Forest Grove and they have all provided me with excellent customer service each time. I've refinanced all my vehicles and my parents have a Mortgage with them as well. Definitely recommend! Oh and I almost forgot to mention that they are also a CO-OP bank which means their ATM links to almost all my other bank accounts which is a one stop shop for immediate withdrawals AND CASH DEPOSITS!

  I have been a member of the credit union and a customer of the Hillsboro branch for over 15 years and from day 1 have been treated with respect, had excellent service, and have been greeted with kindness, good humor, and a cheerful welcome and great service every time I walk into the credit union. This credit union and their staff members are my first stop whenever I have any banking needs, loans, savings, etc. Once I had arrived on foot shortly before open hours (but not before cars were able to use the drive-in) - the manager saw me through the credit union window and came outside to offer his assistance right then and there. Now that's service!

  All I have to say after being a member for a 4 years is watch out for Megan..... she will talk over you and argue with you til the sun comes out. I lost my son a few months ago and she refused to work with me. All I am doing is selling my car and she doesn’t want to be patient for a week so she turns off my banking with ALL my money, makes me call her, and then yells saying that she’s been calling you when she hasn’t lol. ITS ALL ON A RECORDED PHONE CALL. I have proof. Absolutely no human compassion during a pandemic. PEOPLE AREN’T GONNA JUST HAND OVER MONEY WHEN THEY NEED IT TO SURVIVE. Not a very nice bank at all, the forest grove one though are rockstars!!!!

  I appreciated working with Veronica Dunn. I have a few student loans that appear to mess up my debt to income ratio even though everything else lines up well. I had looked at other credit unions but Veronica went above and beyond to really look past the misleading information. I was able to provide accurate information and she did the rest. As I continue to build my professional career, I expect to increase my business with this local branch. Thank you Veronica, and FCCU!

  I’ve just applied for my second auto loan with First Community, they have great rates and great service. They are pleasant to work with, I started my application online and when I went into the branch they had the paperwork no problem. Special thank you to Mari, who helped me today. This is a good credit union!

  Got a car loan here because they had great rates. I hate "too big to fail" banks, so if and when I need another loan, this will be my 1st choice. My loan agent had all the paper work ready, and happened to be an attractive Asian lady, which was a nice bonus.
