      at first i was having a hard time & was very frustrated because of the scheduling. Armando made the wait worth it. He was very respectful, gave me helpful advice & helped me with all my needs. I generally like to do online banking and the in store experience was okay until Armando made it great. This location is clearly there for their customers.

      Listen I'm not a fan of Wells Fargo as an entity themselves BUT these employees at THIS branch are THE absolute only reason I haven't left. They are pleasant, helpful beyond imagination, so kind on your darkest of days. I moved 14 miles away and still travel to this branch.

      Not bad for wells fargo. Staff has always been quick about greeting and making sure you don't need other assistance rather than standard banking and waiting in line if there is one. The parking lot exits to 10th street and baseline are both best when taking a right and can get backed up during heavy traffic hours.

      I started an account here against all advice from friends due to the bank's criminal track record. My other business accounts are here and I was hoping that the good luck I had with them would continue. I was wrong. I began recieving letters claiming my account lacked the appropriate information, threatening to close it out. It was a struggle to open the account (a nonprofit) and this did not make me feel comfortable. When I went into the bank to check on the status of my account the manager assured me that he had taken care of it. However, I recieved another letter the next week, again saying my information was incomplete and the account would be closed. When I went in to talk to the manager about it I was told to take a seat and wait. I am not happy with the level of service or personal care this bank provides. I do not feel they have a level of professionalism that merits a recommendation from me. I do not recommend banking with Wells Fargo.

      Always greeted at the door and offered bottled water by a very polite and friendly person. Absolutely the best banking experience I've ever encountered. The staff are courteous and efficient and just plain "Nice". Even when exiting someone says thank you for banking with us and have a nice day. I'm sold on Wells Fargo and would never even consider banking anywhere else.

      ! BAD BANK ! BAD SERVICE ! My husband and I tried to close our account twice and were lied to both times with unauthorized charges and overcharges. During our first visit, we tried to close the account since we no longer needed it and found unauthorized charges that we didn't make. The manager removed the charges but didn't close our account as we asked which created more unauthorized charges. We stopped by again and spoke with a different manager who refused to refund us or help freeze the account. She told us that it was impossible to freeze our account—LIE! This bank takes advantage of people—especially people of color. They lied about closing our account. They lied about not being able to freeze our account to stop unauthorized charges. We decided to visit another Wells Fargo located on Barnes road in Beaverton—BEST service ever! The manager, Matthew Parsons, immediately helped us without any problems freezing our account so that there would be no further charges. DO NOT VISIT THIS WELLS FARGO BANK!

      It really bothers me that Wells Fargo always has so many employees just standing around greeting people and watching everything when there are lines of customers waiting to be helped. They would be better off serving their customers rather than just greeting them.

      Yes, I've been in there several times. Everytime I or someone else gets the little old asian woman (I beleive her name starts with an A) she is rude and belittles customers. Instead of just being helpful like most of her co-workers she argues with a smile and seems like she enjoys it. It's sad because i use to like going in there, every other person I've dealt with there are nice and welcoming. But she is the exception, I will not be back here due to her once again trying to argue with me and i will be spreading the word out this time so others don't have to deal with her. This is on numerous occasions it's happened. Not only to me, there's been times I've been in line and i can hear her doing the same game she plays to others. No one needs to be treated like that.

      You must let them know before you go out of town or they won't allow your debit card to work. Wells Fargo stranded me in LA at midnight 1000 miles from home because I hadn't let them know I was going to LA.

      So we went in to get a document notarized and it turns out they cant, first because according to the lady I could not email her the document and have her print it. ( I have emailed at least 3 other employees they have printed documents for me just fine) then it turns out a non bilingual can't notarize a docunent in Spanish (that I understand) ok then she states that only an interpreter can bring in such a document, ok I'm a licensed interpreter, then it turns out I can't be the one signing the document, then it turns out they might lose their license if they sign our document. Seriously its a basic document my husband allowing me to take my daughter out of the country...hmmm racist much? Thats the real reason as much as I hate to play that card. Yeah you would figure a male who has gone through gender reassignment would be a little kinder and more understanding.
