      Worst customer service. I moved here from out of state and wanted to establish a relationship with the bank similar to my local branch at home. I was told that this branch does not have tellers and that the atm machine was my teller. If I wanted to speak with anyone I’d need to schedule an appointment for the following week. After over 30 years banking here, I will be moving my funds to a new establishment where I can talk to a teller, not a machine.

      We went in to open an account. They had no interest in helping us. They said they could make an appointment for next week. Thank is ok. We will take our money to a bank that would like to work with people.

      Why even have a branch if you don’t have any of the equipment to be a real bank like I tried to deposit a check and you mobile deposit it off a iPad and it puts a hold on my check your a branch get actually machines to bank properly so my checks can be deposited normally I could’ve mobile deposited without coming in literally a waste of time trying to go here
