  Ivette at the Layton branch is the best. She bent over backwards and went above and beyond what we expected, we will definitely use her again. If you need help give her a call you will be amazed!

  Love my bank always helpful with there costumers! Any time I have questions or concerns about something they will take the time to explain it to you and work with you. Latara has always been so helpful and always has time to talk to my husband or I.

  When I walked in to this Goldenwest I had a pretty bad experience with their teller Kylie, she had the worst attitude towards me and was kind of rude. However, I am giving 5 stars because Nicole Klpping was amazing towards me and she really helped me out. She made sure that everything I needed was taken care of and she did it in less than 2 days. She is awesome.

  Do not bank here! Although at the individual branches the employees are kind and seem helpful, this company refuses to work with you. I've tried to work with them to get a loan paid off that I was behind on. I take full responsibility for that but they refused to work with me. I called to try and negotiate a payment plan that I can afford and they essentially said tuff luck we are garnishing you paycheck. There is nothing they can do. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. There is things you can do before bankruptcy. They don't really care about anything but money. They are no better than a bank.

  Sloooowest tellers on earth. Been using Goldenwest for 25 years and the quality of tellers has really gone downhill. (I usually go to the Roy or Layton branches so I can’t speak to the others. Kim at the Layton branch is the WORST). They sit at their stations with their windows closed, and when they finally do open their windows, they ignore you as they sit there and chit chat with their coworkers, or they hang out in groups at the drive through. I get it, good help is hard to find, but where are their managers riding them??? This is totally on the managers. Do your job. Some of us have better things to do then stand in a short line for 30 min. (Full disclosure, I was a teller for GWCU for 4 years 20 years ago and loved it. But we were fast and worked hard)
