  Worst Bank Of America on EARTH, very unfriendly, very RUDE, and unattentive to customers needs, they CLOSED the drive through 10 months ago, and the lines are always long, there are 11 teller bank teller windows and only 2 tellers i think because this bank is located in a predominately black neiborhood BOA doesnt care how we get treated or the serivice in this area. # MODERN DAY RACISM.......... thanks for nothing BOA

  Worst bank ever. You will have to wait a minmum of 40min every time. The customer service is the worst and the employees are extremely rude. I don't have an account here , I only go here to deposit my rent. I will never have an account with Bank of America. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

  The lines here are just ridiculous! 30 mins later and still waiting for a teller. Mind you they closed their drive through. Atm could fix this put there's a wait for those too.

  There’s always a long line and the bank accountants are super slow. There’s always 1-2 people working the counter and even when there are three people, it’s still super slow. I suggest going elsewhere!

  Just horrible I have been calling literally 14 times and no one answers the phone. Talk about being for your customers, you're better off resolving things yourself or call next door and send someone there. I wish I could actually attach the screenshot to the amount of times I've called...

  If you don’t want to waste 1hr to make a deposit, do not come to this bank. Horrible service 1 teller...obviously employees don’t care about reviews or customer service!

  This bank of America location is the worst bank ever the line is super duper long the teller are very slow, would not recommend this bank to anyone.

  I have been in line for 10 mins and i still have 12 people in front of me. Just 2 tellers.... just because i cannot give less than 1 star.

  Good bank just slow almost as if everyone is taking there time sometimes. But for some of the employees the customer service is really good.

  It's the only open branch and it's ridiculous the time people have to wait to on line under the sun just for a simple transaction. Only 2 tellers. Crazy!!
