  Before switching to TD I've never experienced an ATM malfunction. Being at this bank for less than a year I've had the ATM turn off mid deposit 7 times. The ATMs are visibly retro and this drive thru ATM hasn't accepted cash deposits in several months. The other branch on Biscayne also doesn't accept deposits because their ATM also broke

  The bank assistant MELINDA WAS very rude and pleno estuve to me as I asked simple questions on a simple transaction to get a secure credit card . I do not advise bank client to be serve by this person it is going to upset you .

  Really rude cashier!! I just came to change a check. I told them that I don't want change only hundred bills and the cashier told me that they don't have enough hundred bills at that time. I ask them if they can call to the closest branch to ask them if they have the 100s and he call and they put him on hold. In the meantime I would like to ask him a question and he turned his eyes to me and with a mean face expression he told me...I am on the phone ...again His call is on hold... Probably he get distracted by me when he want to lisent the phone hold music??? Never come back

  Great bank great employees but I mostly use the atm and have to wait 30 minutes -1hour in the drive through lane in order to use the ATM. Please install a seperate ATM drive up Lane!!!

  Never had a problem there, always quick service and very polite. They're the reason I opened an account with TD. Used to only cash my checks there and wasn't a fan of being charged 7 dollars to cash. So, I went all in.
