Sil Kaelin1Today was the 3rd time this month that I ended up walking out with out getting one I needed. I don't understand why they only have one teller working in the morning and there is 6 people in line waiting. Very frustrating, especially when am just trying to get change and I stand in line for 10 minutes because the person with the teller has questions and some time consuming transaction. And more frustrating when you see BOA staff just walking around. Open another window!

Taylor Adrain1This is one of the only open locations and they always have ONE teller open. There’s multiple employees who just walk around not assisting anyone. Either OPEN more locations or add tellers to the open branches. People want jobs, hire them so the rest of the country can get some service. This isn’t Walmart, we can open lanes y’all

My relationship banker, Amber Amor, was efficient, fast, intelligent, and knew the answer to every question I had. Larry Champion Jr.1Very poor service. Took someone over 10 minutes to show up at the front desk. Came in just to get a pin reset for my debit card and here I am an hour and almost 20 minutes later and still have yet to be seen. The bank closed 19 minutes ago and the doors are locked tellers in the back doing nothing. Poorest service I’ve ever seen and I currently bank with VyStar and Wells Fargo and have never experienced this.

Jennifer lynn1This bank is horrible! They closed branches ,only have 1 person working the teller inside when everyone within a 15 mile radius is coming here... super duper smart (not) . I'm number 7 in line been here 20 minutes already .. I'm only here to make a deposit for rent, I would never pay this bank to have an account here!
