  I was charged for legal order bank fee $125. Was never notified or even explain. I asked if they can wave this random bank fee due to my 11 years with this bank. I was told no. I will be closing all accounts. I did lots of research seems this very common w this boa.. Don't trust your money these banks. Double check your accounts.

  Nothing but a great things to say about Stacy and Mike the branch manager. I have not have a great experience at some other branches but these two make my experience morrable and pleasant. They went out of there way to help me with my account. I do appreciate and thank them for there time.

  Astonishing and phenomenal customer experience we received from beginning to end on our opening of our new account. Mike the manager was extremely kind and helpful. Rose was also really nice and eager to assist. Made it very seamless yet helpful.

  My grand mother died due to Cancer, I saw her suffering a lot until finally she passed away. I always thought that was the hardest experience in my life, until I came to this branch to deposit a check . That simple transaction takes more than 30 min waiting to be helped and 10 min procedure from the banker. Not to mention branch was empty, no customers besides me. Definitely a nightmare.

  This is one of worst branch i ever visited , they didn't even wont do notary on there own documents , I have to go to UPS store to get it signed on there BANK OF AMERICA statement .

  They don't cash their own checks and expected me to set up an account with them. Way bad service. I wouldn't even give them one star except I cant leave feedback.
