  This has been my bank for 15 years and I'm seriously considering a change. They keep closing branches, they aren't ready for customers even when they open late, there's a cap so I can't even get the amount of MY money that I need out when I need it, and then the assistant manager Robin tries to give me the ole "you don't know what we have to deal with as a bank" and "you have to go to another branch if you want to pull out more" when I complain about not having access to MY money. Well guess what I don't have time to drive around all day and try and get my money out. Also I don't really care what you have to deal with as a bank that's why you're the bank. You had no problem taking my money. Update 4/16/22 I see nothing has changed

  Seems like they are trying to push everyone to do online banking. They never have enough tellers to service the customers.(Usually Only One). The lines are unnecessarily long. I have been trying to make a deposit in person for over a week! If the line is very long, I do not have 15-20+ mins to wait in line to make a deposit. What I need to do, I need to do in person, not online. I tried again early afternoon during the week and they were closed with no explanation! Their serviced used to good...Now, not so much! I am now trying for a 4th time today we'll see how it goes. This Review is for the Perry Hall Location at 9635 Belair Rd, Baltimore, MD 21236.

  This is one of the better Bank of America’s I’ve been to. Not busy if you go on the right times. Always has 2 tellers which is great, the one in Dundalk always only has 1. The older lady can be a little snippy but the male teller is always nice.

  On June 24th at approximately 2:15, I went into my local Bank of America to conduct the normal, mundane bank transactions & the teller on duty had mentioned she was by herself. There was a line of four people and one in drive thru. I understand that must be stressful to a point, but her attitude was on point & she took her frustrations out on customers. Body language, eye rolls, exasperated exhales. It was very unpleasant & a poor reflection on this particular location

  An ATM failure necessitated bank staff to reset my PIN code, and their doing so locked me (and them) out of my funds when I needed to buy food. They said that nobody there could help, and that I had to go home and call their main office. Do not bank here.

  Wait times longer then rides at the amusement park here stand in line for a hour to be helped if it wasn’t for Robin being awesome I would have left this bank

  Good afternoon -- I'm trying to reach Hafeeza Dukes or another escalations bank manager regarding a very important bank claim. I was told Hafeeza would call me back on Tuesday but I have yet to hear from her. I called her home number a few times yesterday but did not get an answer. I spoke with David Cazarex on Monday and he assured me she would call back. Can you please ask her to call me asap? I truly appreciate your help. I an EXTREMELY upset. I am planning to visit my local bank centers everyday next week and hold a peaceful protest until this matter is resolved. Please escalate this matter asap!! I will also be contacting an attorney to further investigate my dispute with your bank and to seek court action to get the telephone record that supports my complaint. I have ZERO tolerance for the nonsense! Please escalate my complaint!!!!!

  Staff is rude! I have been in 2 times in 2 weeks and both people who helped me were very snippy! I own a business and I would never speak to any of my customers like that! It does not hurt to be nice!

  The guy Michael is not friendly at all. Barely speaks or looks at you. Also just hands you cash, no envelope or rubber band. I will be using a different bank for now on

  Banks been closed for 4 months now cause they rather collect a unemployment check...well just look who works they're. SHOCKER
