  Very disrespectful Customer Service and Management. Refused to acknowledge documents that reported the illness and then death of one their customers so that the family could officially close the account to use the funds to pay for the hospice care of the account holder. They claimed that they would close/freeze the account. However, the bank continued to accept deposits from the deceased persons retirement fund. Now the company is demanding their money be returned! However, the family can not have access to the funds to repay the retirement payments made to the Bank, to repay the company.; nor, will they make a reverse payment to the company that they accepted the deposits. The Branch Manager claimed that the Branch Manager was not available; she did not reveal that she "was" the Branch Manager; which I believe is an outright lie to the family representatives. The Notary and the Branch Manager do not appear to be concerned over the Banks indescretions and refused to release the funds in the deceased account after they had claimed that the account was closed/frozen. I would never recomend this Bank or any of their other locations to anyone. This is a seriously deceitful company.

  Came here twice and both times, there's only one teller to a long line. The teller is very helpful when your at the window but it is sad that they only have one. A big company like this needs like more then one teller I know they can afford it.

  Very bad customer service. Especially this lady named "Merly". Have never been to a bank with really bad customer service and stating" we can't deposit change because we can't accept to much coins". I really don't complain about anything but this lady took it to far with her rude ass comment in front of the customers. GET GONE !!!!!!!

  Customer service has definitely gone down with BOA, each branch I go too is worse than the last. Makes me rethink where I should be banking if they care so little about making customer service #1. This branch by far has been the worst!

  Terrible costumer service I’ve been to this branch twice and have not been helped or offered a reasonable solution to my problem. The lady greeting customers is a joke and lies just so you will leave.

  Very bad service,i come here daily and its alwasy the same ,Melissa is very polite other than that it a depressing experience for me like today i walked in around 10 33 am its now 1052 im still in the line listening to the employee and customer talk about kids and mexico this is crazy,can we get some people here that will cater to EVERY ONE,

  Really good service with Freddy one of the people working there. Very helpful and friendly guy! Any body who needs help and fast service just ask about him!

  Do not go to this location, bad customer service. They denied their services for no reason. If you go expect long wait!

  Terrible. There was a huge line of 10+ people waiting for 1 teller. When I finally got to my turn, all I needed was some quarters. They have no quarters. It's a bank, with no quarters.
