  After 2 attempts appt setups at other chase branches I finally got assistance at the Chase on Lake June Rd, Balch Springs location. Big shout out to Mrs. Carmen (banker) who assisted me this morning. Though I went in for notary assistance, I was helped by opening a new checking account and savings accounts. I'm a tax preparer and help people with their taxes. Mrs. Carmen provided me with the service I like to give to my clients. She took the time to educate me on new accounts, saving accounts and minor accounts. She will make sure all your questions are answered. I felt confident and cared for. Thank you Mrs. Carmen, your customer service is exactly what I expected. Great Service!

  I usually don't post any reviews but Jonathan Alvizo at chase is awesome , we open a checking ans savings account he was very helpful and answered all of out questions and even after almost 2 weeks from opening the account he called today for a follow-up to make sure we are happy and all set with our new cards 😀 .... Chase you got a great banker . Big 👍🏻 to Jonathan and his great customer service 👏.

  I went to drive thru and I requested fives and one's when I opened my envelope, the money was facing every which way. 😏 maybe it's only my preference, or a pet peeve but I've worked in many places. Specifically handling cash and basics of training is for the money to face the same direction.

  I arrived here and was greeted immediately. I worked with Sid and he was very knowledgeable and respectful. The whole experience was very pleasant and would definitly come back to this Chase location.

  I went to this bank and I asked for a temporary card since my original card got lost they informed me that they don’t do temporary cards anymore but than the system says they are available what type of information are they giving.

  I enjoyed my experience. I open a account. The bank was busy, but I was not rushed. I live 7 miles away, and I could open a account with another bank closer to my home. I have no problem with the commute to receive proper customer service which was provided.

  The absolute worst bank...and not just of Chase but period!! I have never seen such slow nonchalant service in my life!! There were at least 7 people in front of me and minimum 3 cars in each of the drive thru lines; yet they had 2 girls working the drive thru and 1 guy working the line! AND some woman standing at the door with a clipboard asking dumb ass questions but providing no real assistance! Mind you this is Thanksgiving Eve at 3pm, so I would assume bank managers would take into consideration that people are getting their banking affairs in order since places will be closed for at least 1-2 days, you would think you would staff your bank to handle the potential rush. I am a small business owner who wanted to pay employees early before the holiday instead of Friday the 25th but I refuse to stand in a line for over 30min because Chase locations are lackluster in accommodating customers! 3 of my employees use Chase so I'm here 2xs a month to deposit payroll into their accounts and I kid you not EVERY TIME there is at least a 20-30min wait with at least 2 employees walking, standing, or pelting around when theirs a line of customers!!! Today I just didn't have time to fool with them and after I snarky made my concerns known to the clipboard lady I walked out!! Happy Thanksgiving Chase Bank on Lake June because obviously getting off was y'alls focus because working surely wasn't!!! Smh!

  This is the absolute worse Chase Bank branch. Long waits under staffed. Every time I go is at list 30 minutes wait even with 2- people in the line. They are not well trained 3-years ago use to be the best not any more

  Been waiting for more than 45 minutes Bad service short on staff! Might as well close this branch down
