  Came to get a loan was very Quick and easy especially the reps they had working that day Rosie and alexia very calm , polite and Helpful. Would recommend this store location to get a loan from . Only would suggest a tv or some music in the lobby while I waited to be helped

  Don’t waste your time, I applied for a loan and and waited 3 days for a response and never got a approval or a denied status I called there customer service line just to be lied to by a manager, she stated she would look into why it’s a delay on a response and she will call me back with an update…. I never received that call back here it is the next day no updates and they ran my credit I’m able to see the inquiry and no one is able to get any update on the application. What a big waist of time and a drop to your credit report. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for a loan!!!!!! Horrible customer service and. Professionalism with this company all together!!!!!!!!!!!!

  They are really friendly. Despite the fact that people just kept coming in and building a line, they moved it quickly. The team lead (name started with an M) took care of me and made sure I understood everything and answered any questions I had in detail.

  The staff here is professional and make you feel welcomed.. Marilyn was the person that attended me and she was on point breaking down the steps needed and helped make the process so easy..would definitely recommend this location to others . Outstanding job 👍

  Very detail in explaining very throughly, good customer service from erick,.. would suggest that they have 2 people at all times too avoid having a line to the door..

  Outrageous interests on the loan and even went as far to steal my wallet when I forgot it on their counter. I turned right around and went back inside and was rushed out of the business being told no. Terrible experience and I never got back my belongings.
