  Me and my husband stopped here to see if they had any cell phones! To our surprise they didn’t, which was a bummer! They actually were running a pretty decent sale at the time on Apple watches. The place is a little out dated but I mean hey it is a pawn shop. They didn’t really have a variety of different things. But I mean I guess it was okay, won’t be my pawn shop of choice to shop at. - Wheezy

  I went in after looking on their website for used firearms. The website States there was more than a handful on clearance which states come in and make an offer. I tried going there on a Sunday the first time (closed, so that was wrong). I went back a little over two weeks later after the website States that none of those clearance guns had been sold. I anthem informed that no offer below the sticker price would be accepted. First Cash Pawn stores have the worst customer service among the pawnshops in the DFW area. Go to Cash America or anywhere else with your business.

  This is my favorite pawn shop. I have been going there for years to pawn things and they also always have a good selection of stuff. Its a big place with cool decorations. I agree that it has a laid back vibe. My only complaint is the bathroom was dirty when i went to use it one day.

  Robert was a huge help! He wasn't able to take what we had to pawn. But he allowed me to text his cell# pictures of what we wanted to pawn, and even researched and told me who would take it! i would recommend this location to anyone! Thank you, Robert!

  Met with these guys at a gun show, where I traded a used gun for a new one for my wife. I worked with Chad there, and he was very easy to work with at the time. She didn't like the gun, so we went back to the gun show to look at others. Met with Chad there again and he said while he didn't have the new gun we wanted, he could get it within a couple of days. It's been over 3 weeks now, and they still "have not found" the one we wanted, and it's not a hard one to get. You can look at other online gun auction sites and find many listings, and the gun show had tons of them. Due to the poor customer service and follow through, I won't be going back to these guys.

  Pawn shop isn’t the same without Rob. Great guy great customer service. One of the main reasons I started back doing buisness with First Cash Pawn. Overall one of the best FCP stores In the DFW.

  WARNING!!!!!! WARING!!! lady sales person convinced me to put a ring on lay-way She promised that she would help me obtain the ring. She gave me an extra month and promised to work with me,. Came to pay on ring, computers were down came back after two moths. I was told that my $150.00 dollars that I put down on my ring couldn't get it back, nor would they honor a store credit. After speaking with her, spoke with the manger he was rude as hell told me I should have read the receipt. which stated NO refund. I will never go to this store again . I lost $150.00 because the clerk highlighted the price, Not the fact that if said no refund . please know do not put any THING on lay way here if you do know that there is NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!! REFUND!!!!!!!! MAYBE I CAN SAVE SOME ONE ESLE. I KNOW THAT GOD WILL BLESS ME WITH MUCH MORE...... HOPE THEY ARE HAPPY. ONE LOST CUSTOMER AND I WILL BE SURE TO TELL EVERY ONE I KNOW TO PLEASE STAY A WAY......

  Sold me a faulty electronic. Bought it back the next day and they tried to force me to accept an exchange instead of giving me a refund, despite the fact that I paid extra money for a warranty(stating in clear writing that I can get a refund if device doesn't work). Lol.

  Never go to this place i walk in the store nobody said hi or can i help you thay Acted like thay did not see me at all thay were all just talking so rude if you're reading this don't waste your time with fist case pawn i have never been so angry i would have Bought something but 👎

  Came into store and asked how much for a FFL transfer. $20. Order gun online and next day I called them for FFL cert to be sent. Lady said we don't do that anymore.
