  If I can give big 0 star to the girl stand at the door service on Tuesday Jan 9th 2018, I will! When They open the door at 10 AM and I'm the first in line walk in asking her for help, because I could not pay my insurance's bill by their "BANK of AMERICAN" credit card, and she stand there tell me I can not pay the insurance's bill by the BANK of AMERICAN credit card, I have to pay by "CASH", "CHECK" or "BANK TRANSFER", then she tell me have to go home and do what she just said???!!! I stand there and tried to explain to her the problem...but she still stubborn and tell me have to go home, she could not help me! Until I lost my patient and raise my voice talk to her and then few people from the bank come out and one gentlemen help me ( I have no ideal who is the manager, because nobody come forward to say so and ask me what is going on???) Anyway, after one gentlemen help me and call to credit card for approved and my payment go through in 5 minutes with out any problem. If you do the job, and you do not know what to do, so please look for some thing else to do (I have some advise like Walmart, Safeway or pushing cart for Costco...) please do not wasting people time and instruction them to the wrong way. 0************************************************************************

  Never properly staffed. The staff that is on hand is incompetent, slow, and rude. Additionally, the drive through counter is never open, even though hours for it are clearly posted on the exterior of the bank. Expect an extended wait (30-60 minutes on average).

  Cheryl, Dina, and Buddy are doing everything that they can to be a true Bank of America Center in nature, ability, and service. I chose that bank because of their management dedication. Fearlessly doing with all their might to be a bright shinning star in the Community and Banking Industry here in Federal Way. Like most Bank of America banks. They are excellent in attitude, service, and ability.

  It's super great being a medical worker in the middle of a global pandemic and getting turned away at the door after working a full shift and not being able to deposit the money for your Doctor because the bank decided to change their hours without notice again.

  Every time I come in there, I’m there for 30+mins just to cash a check. Y’all need to hire more people. Especially with that new fancy building y’all got, Walmart is faster than this upon a smaller fee

  The drive through is never open anymore. Going to change banks to a credit union. Why should I pay for every little thing and I still have to get out of my car and wait in a long line.

  Always long lone and only 2 tellers everytime I come into make a deposit. Even during lunch rush they only have 2 tellers. And most of the time the drive up is closed or takes just as long as going inside.

  Hate Bank of America, they never answer the phone and so much miscommunication. Went in today and closed all my accounts.
