  I came to this place in a crisis. I look up pawn shops nearby there was a Cash America and a pawn 1. I caught the bus and Cash America was right across the street. I had 7 mins till they closed. But after looking at reviews I chose to RUN TO PAWN 1. LOL...And I'm sooooo happy I did. I was greeted as I was walking off the street. Justin handled my issue with awesome customer service. And didn't make me feel bad at ALL, even though technically I was holding up their closing procedures. Oh did I mention I worked at Cash America. But no competition here. PAWN 1 Isn't #2. They're great ALL around. Thanks again guys... And Justin. Call me😘😉🤭🤣🤣🤣

  I went there to get a 300.00 loan on a diamond ring the female went through this long process of checking all the diamonds which I get but had the nerve to say "we sale something like this for about 150.00 which was a lie I looked at the jewelry while I was waiting I took my ring across the street to pawn America and was offered 339.00 loan pawn 1 is bogus

  Great customer service. Acknowledged as soon as walk in. Everyone was offered a popsicle, which was fantastic for the heat. Answered every question immediately, without hesitation. Fantastic prices. Great variety in products. Store was very clean.

  I had a great experience here when I stopped by one day to check out the re-opening, and had come across a real gem - the late 2015 Surface Book i7/965m Performance Base/512gb Storage/16gb RAM; the top end model, that was perfect for my needs, missing only the box and pen. I was actually quite shocked to find it here; not only was it an insane value but I later found out it still had a full 2 year protection plan still in effect from Microsoft! This was by far, one of the best finds I have found in over 20+ years at local pawn shops throughout the Greater Puget Sound area. This will definitely be my first stop for any future pawn searches.

  I was recommended to come here & when i first walked in i.noticed they had alot of people working at the time , was unsure on who to.ask for help but instantly a man approached me & asked if he could.assist! I.was only.there for literally a.few minutes & didnt know how to.ask.for help.but the guy felt that i needed help.by the way i looked lol. I.was able to make.my purchase with someone who exceeded my expectations of customer service & knowledge on.the item I bought! Best day ever I left feeling good that day:) hands down ask fOR MARK! HE IS.EVERYTHING! THANKS AGAIN! WILL.BE BACK.SOON

  Arval is ALWAYS the best. Every time I come in he is all smiles and he always strives to make the customer laugh/smile and connects on a perfect level. He does what he can within his power. Arval helped me get to where I needed to be to get down to California to see my Grandma in time. For that, I’m appreciative. So you want good customer service and maybe a good laugh?   I was on vacation recently and wanted to take a look at the shop. The staff was super friendly, especially the lady named Laura. They had such a huge variety of jewelry and at a great price!

  Not only did Fred Terwilliger (Mark Moser) give us a great deal on the dvd player, they went out of their way to make sure we had the correct remote and even let us keep the batteries!
