Phillip Thomas1Worst banking experience ever. No tellers, so getting a hold of anyone is always difficult. I’ve made three separate appointments at different branches trying to link other accounts and get things working and the employees either say it can’t be done, I should do it though my other bank, or they are working on it and it will be ready soon (but never is). Save yourself a headache and use ANY other place. You will regret opening accounts here as I do.

Naon Foongfuang5Sopheak is the most accommodating, professional, proficient staff. I have never encountered a bank that totally helps as well as understanding their customers. He’s absolutely the best ever!

Johnesha shelby1Said I have to call in more in order to increase my limit. Every month I call to pull out money for rent so I asked for a permanent increase, apparently I don’t call in enough to get a permanent increase. #inconvenience . Wait time was ridiculous #unsatisfied customer here.

karanja kariuki1Came here this morning and signed in the form to see one of the representative and took a line like every body else. Waited in my car for one hour to be called for my number. Went to check if i was next in line. To my utter shock the page was removed and new customers filled it, my question to the manager is this, why do you have people fill their numbers and reason for coming and then you don't serve them accordingly. This is very unprofessional for a bank like becu federal way. You are there to serve customers not customers to serve you. I'm so disappointed with this place, people have other things to do with their time.

Suze ST Louis1I went to this branch 12/20/19. There is a woman name Victoria there she was very rude. She wouldn’t tell me her full name. When I got there it was very quick she asked me to help just right when I was about to sign up. She seems like she didn’t really want to help. Her demeanor was off. I handed her my ID and she just grabbed it into my hand. I don’t think she should work in a bank or she needs to retrained of how to deal with the public. I will make sure next time when I go there I don’t deal with somebody like her. I went to the ATM to deposit a check and it wouldn’t go through. I went back inside to figure out what happened Victoria wasn’t pleasant to deal with. Victoria if you don’t like your job please don’t take it on the customers. This woman makes me feels like I don’t want to deal with BECU anymore:(.😕

Joyce W5I was at this branch in April 2020, and was met with professionalism, patience, courtesy, by a very informed, helpful, attentive, passionate and friendly Steve R. He helped me with my bank statements, gave me very detailed information about my accounts and steps required in the right direction to ensure I maintain and uphold my financial discipline. Promote this guy already! Thank you Steve, bless your heart! This review is long overdue!

Sheridan Lake2Today was my first day in this branch and I am extremely unimpressed. I came in around 5 - 5:15 to an understandably busy lobby. Sitting there I can here the chatter from the only lady working about completely unrelated topics with another customer which would be fine if it wasn't so busy. Then one customer got skipped completely so when they called me I pointed out he had been skipped which apparently means I lose my turn because when she was done with him she skipped to the next person. Other costumers even asked her about my turn to which she glances at them and left. They need to be mindful of other people's time and keep better track of order. I'm sure another location will have better service.

abu rafet1I've been banking with them for a long time. But recently their wait time is going crazy. All the personal banker takes very long time to solve customer issues. I waited more than 1.5 hours. Since this is a busy branch only 3 employee isn't enough. Overall I'd say customer service went down big time.
