  I had a bad experience here I had a check came in to cash it from my insurance company was only $13.00 they said if they cashed it would of cost me $8.00 to cash and I had to wait like 10-20 min one person working desk. Two in the back with other customers. I think they could have cashed it and waved the $8.00 fee the check said bank of America on it which is why I came there.

  I've never had so many miscommunications with a bank like I have with this location. I'm ready to just close my accounts and bank elsewhere.

  Always short on tellers! But they can come up to in line and ask what is your business today and sell more products! They need to get more tellers and less office staff that seems to spend a lot of time talking to each other. They never answer phone. It was really nice they shut down for several days because of covid and would not answer phones so you could find out what was going on!!!!! Have had BOA for years and did banking all over country, this is worst branch out of all of them all...... Have some respect for customer's and get more tellers, there were long lines before covid so that's not a excuse !!!!!!!!!!

  This branch never answers their phone. Even if you schedule an appointment online, there is no guarantee that someone will be there to help you (it is hit or miss). What they are good at is soliciting you in the lobby for other services. Avoid this branch if at all possible.

  Wait times are long, and you usually can't get a walk up with a financial advisor. There are never enough tellers. The app makes things easy, and should prevent most visits to the bank.

  Once again I wait and wait. And then I almost draw the worst teller on planet. She has the worst attitude of any customer service rep I have ever met. Moreblessing teller is their only saving grace. Get it straight BOA.

  The worst bank around the area. As soon as I get a chance I am switching over to any other bank but this one!

  One teller at the counter. Also managing drive thru window. Wow
