  The women at the branch are very helpful, kind and friendly. I enjoy my experience every time I go in. I happen to go in every week and they all say hi with warm, friendly smiles and happy banter. If I have a problem, any one of them will solve the issue promptly and with discretion. I would recommend this bank to anyone!!

  This was my first visit with Case Credit Union. My experience was very pleasant and informative. Looking forward to totally doing all banking business with Case. Julie was amazing to work with and she knows her banking business very well. She is trying to help me several ways with my credit.the I would definitely recommend this credit union to others.

  Thank you Zach in drive thru on Wednesday! Your pleasant, upbeat and prompt hello was wonderful to hear. I had a small wait but you let me know that you would help.   I have worked with the Branch Manager on several different occasions. He was beyond helpful and really took the time to get all of my banking needs taken care of. I can not say enough positive things and will continue to recommend this branch to everyone.

  I love CASE, especially this branch! The employees are always patient and kind and I've never had an issue when needing to take care of my banking needs. If you haven't made the switch to a local credit union I highly suggest trying CASE!

  My favorite credit union. Very pleasant and competent staff. Joined two years ago with a plan to build my credit and I'm amazed at how far things have progressed in that regard! Julie at West is the best. If you want a fair deal from a starter credit card - vehicle and home loan, shes your Banker! Thanks CASE!
