N p1I went to bank at this location for coin change tellers says that don’t have any quarter nor dime. They don’t know when they will get. We have two business account. This frequently happens at this location.I mention about CHASE bank also have business account so teller says you go there for your change you don’t need to come here. We r thinking to move both accounts to CHASE because they always have best customer service.

Mocha Brown1This locations needs some serious help! I waited almost an hour just to make a withdrawal. The line was almost out the door and the Branch manager “Sean” was doing absolutely nothing!!! The teller was speaking so loudly announcing everybody’s withdrawal amounts which should be discrete. Why are they not hiring??? Why do you have 1 teller??? Why isn’t the branch manager helping instead of watching??? What makes the matters worse is the teller didn’t even know what she was doing, messed up a simple withdrawal transaction. Out of all the people in the state of Michigan that needs a job why is there 1 teller? Make it make sense!

Katja Classic RE/MAX Classic1Had a major issue at their ATM on a large transaction. The staff was unfriendly and not helpful and branch manager didn’t care. Was busy. An affiliate “Kristi” told me she had to leave and no time to help me, but gave me a 1-800 number. My major is not addressed! Very unprofessional!

Rana Siroosian5Today was my first time at this branch and I was really satisfied with their service. I just left a 1 star for the one on Wayne rd because they are really unorganized and it’s the worst branch ever so after that I had to drive to this branch which I’m glad I did. The gentleman that was helping me was really polite and he took care of me just in a few minutes. Nothing comparable to BOA on wayne which I always had to wait forever to get my stuff done.

Misty Taylor5Excellent customer service. They are more than helpful and go above and beyond for you. I often have to go into the branch because I'm not that tech-savvy. I don't care for the mobile banking or Advance ATMs. So many of my problems have been solved within this branch.

Jeff W1Horrible customer service at this location !! Been a customer both personal and business for many years, the staff seems not to care about you as a customer. Don't ever try to refinance thru them It will be a nightmare and they will not communicate with you at all thru the process.If there was a zero star rating they would definitely be getting one.
