  The ATM machine allows you to choose the denomination before withdrawing your money. That is such a huge thing for me because not every ATM allows you that. And the staff inside the bank is very professional and nice.

  I had the pleasure of being helped by Clint Mondi with sorting out an ID issue. Clint was thorough and expeditious at opening up two accounts. He even followed up the next day to get my account unlocked as he promised.

  I wish there was a zero star option. Worst bank ever. I called the branch today to resolve an issue on my account which Chase admitted causing but would do nothing to restore money to my account for at least 5 days because of their rules. Can you imagine? Horrific service...will be switching a soon as I am able.

  I drive the extra 15 minutes to come to this branch. Best branch in the area. Great staff. They process everything super quickly as well. I needed a name change and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes with no confusion as compared to other branches. Come to this Chase Bank for all your needs.

  My husband and I needed some documentation required for immigration and Clint M. was an incredible help. He did everything he could to meet our needs and was pleasant to visit with as well. We were incredibly happy with his customer service. Thanks, Clint!

  During an armed robbery employees fled the bank leaving customers trapped inside with the gunman. In an interview after being captured, even the gunman admitted to be puzzled why they would not help customers leave.

  At a very great location at Ford Rd and N Canton Center Rd. Friendly and very helpful staff who always being nice to the customer( my personal experience) Very fast service inside or at a drive through(3 lines) even over the pandemic 2020. They also have 2 ATMs outside.

  I do most my banking online, but every ones a white I have to go inside. I have used all branches in the area (Mich Ave., Sheldon in Plymouth, Meijier branch that is closed now). Overall I had the best experience at Ford & Canton Center. Even when I was totally disappointed with them when they made me wait for hours not understanding my needs and asked me to come next because they did not have a business banker to find out that they did not need one for me needs. At the end, I believe they understood what they have done and called me to apologize. They took care of me promptly when I came back. Did I mention that I do most of my banking online or at ATM? So I am not in the branch as often.

  Teller/ CSR clearly stated over the phone that she is unable to help me. CSR would not seek a more experienced officer in charge to help with my issue. Cash deposits from non-account holders are not allowed and the reason being to combat money laundering. I in fact support this policy 100% However I do not see a reason why a commercial bank such as Chase cannot allow the use a debit card from another Bank to make the deposit given that the money can be traced to the other Bank, in this case US Bank of Minnesota.
