  I have complained 3 different times about what I go through the drive-thru and the teller announces right on loudspeaker for everybody to hear the amount of money that I'm withdrawing. To me that is a privacy issue. Each time I complain they promised it would never happen again but it did. So I contacted the regional manager he left me a message with his phone number I tried 4 times he did not call me back until this week and I said to myself too late. I have talked to other people who said they closed their account there for the same reason. Other than that they did provide good service every other way and they do have great perks

  First off if the people answering calls give out the WRONG information how is it the customers fault!! Telling them you're sorry does absolutely nothing. A manager should do everything in their power to make it right. Not say oh well and hand out a card for the branch manager.

  Very rude and unprofessional manager! I stopped banking with them! The manager showed no concern or care when I politely told her that two of my pay checks were put in the wrong account!!!! How does that happen more than once?????!

  I went into this branch October 2020, and they had basically no coronavirus precautions in place, only floor markers and a shield at the counter. There where not individual use pens only the typical bank pens (held in place), no hand sanitizer, and the teller didn't have a mask on.

  The customer service at the Canton location is pretty bad. Has been since day 1 & has steadily declined. When I spoke to the manager about it she said all the things she thought I wanted to hear, "sorry. I'll speak with the team members, etc." And when I left she snarkily said "have a nice day." I try to avoid the Canton location. Try Livonia or Novi or Plymouth.

  Useless! Waste of a trip every time I come in to this branch. The simplest task takes them forever.

  Love this credit union /location! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Ibukun had all the answers to my questions and was very knowledgeable. Great experience overall.

  They literally put my money into someone else's account and couldn't give it back. I immediately closed all my accounts. Never use this credit union.

  Worst service ever, For some reason there is only one person working drive thru and everytime the screw up my deposits, I waited to pist this but after 9 months of this happening weekly I had to speak up.

  Customer service is really bad starting with the assistant manager. She got really mad and unprofessional when I asked why they would want to hold for several days a payroll check. I will take my money some other place
