      Have been a client in this branch for about 8 years and they are doing great job regarding costumer service. Last week I came to resolve an issue on my business and personal account. Pamela and Shelby was super helpful, they stayed after hours to help me with my issue and even followed up with me personally to further assist. Great service.Thank you

      I am a Bank of America credit card holder. I do not have a bank or checking account with them. I sometimes pay my monthly statement at my local branch. I wanted to find out if I could cash a check payable to me with no service charge at this local branch. I called the 800 number to get the answer since there is NO local number found through Google. The automated voice requests three different ways that you can identify yourself before you can progress. One of those is the last three digits of your social security number., another your tax ID number, etc. If you don't have those and the third (forget what that is) and you still want to have to get that information, hang up and then call back. Do you want to go through that? NO? Then you either forget about it or go to your local branch to ask the question through drive in or in bank. OR you forget about it. A great way for BofA to reduce the number of customer inquiries. Bad for the customer. Hamden, Connecticut

      I want to publicly thank Anisa Gjermeni For her great customer service. She welcomed my husband and I as we walked in the bank with Amazing customer service. She guided us as to what we need to open a Joint account. She was very Polite and kind she answered all my questions best of all she made me feel very comfortable. She was very knowledgeable & helpful and Advised me well. I know for a fact that I will come back to her for all my future plans.

      The service at this location is horrible approximately 12 people in line and only one teller. There is no excuse for the poor customer service.

      We have been using Bank of America in all of its forms since 1964. We have used it to buy houses, cars and all our banking needs. We have been satisfied for all these years. No problems ever.

      By far the worst branch of the state always a problem specially if don’t have a account with them!!!! Went there to cash my state income taxes with a Bank of America check last year had the same problem, my wife maiden name is different from the check the asked me for the married certificate when back home to get but went to a different branch to cash it because can’t deal with very rude tellers, they cashed the check no Problem. This morning went to this branch on Dixwell Ave with 2 ID and the marriage certificate the told me that the marriage certificate has to be issued from the town of Hamden, even if I got married in New Haven I feel bad that they don’t have a zero star because that’s definitely what they deserve!!!!

      Gladly waited on line for 20 minutes on a Friday when they only had one attendant before close. What was even better to see was no one helped him as he stated he worked for a different branch and was just helping out. He asked his manager Felipe a question and the manager snapped back at the employee that he made a mistake in front of all the people waiting. Due to this managers attitude towards his employees I have decided that was the reason why no one worked there. What made the manager too good to help his only teller out or pull one of the people from there cubicles ? People like that make me want ATMS to just take all their jobs so I dont have to wait because of horrible staffing issues at a bank. All hail the machines

      One teller open. Teller was rude when I finally got to her station. Limited parking. Took an hour and a $8 fee to cash a check as a former customer. Switched to credit union-less penny pinching and better service.

      Horrible bank! Horrible customer service! Mgmt horrible as well, I made a formal complaint to their corporate hopefully someone will get in there and whip them into shape . It’s the closest bank to my house so I went there to get cash out of my capital one cc but teller said they cannot do it if I’m not a customer. Capital one on the phone stating they cannot reject you i never heard such thing. I said well they sure did . I asked to speak to manager while on the phone with BOA headquarters who are telling me manager should not reject and I said I’m in front of him and he said per their policy. Headquarters says there are no such thing in their policy. I told manager I will put on speaker he said no they can call him directly🤦🏽‍♀️. I went to another BOA in the next city just to see and they gave me the money with NO PROBLEMS whatsoever !!!
