  Pat Leary has helped me purchase not one, but two homes with Atlantic Home Loans. She is extremely helpful, always available and very knowledgeable about the process.   My real estate agent referred me to Deb at Atlantic Home Loans for a house I purchased in Newport, RI. I own a business and as a result my tax returns are rather complicated and intricate. I worked with Deb and she pushed through the process and met deadlines and dates along the way. She was quick to request information that the underwriter needed and always kept me in the loop so I knew where I stood. I spoke to Deb over the phone mostly but then I met her at the closing in person. Aside from doing a great job Deb was also very friendly and easy to work with. She never gave me the impression I was bothering her or asking too many questions despite how many times I called. Most imoortantly, my mortgage went through, I received a very competitive rate, and my closing took place on the exact day that I requested. I will gladly work with Deb again in the future.
