Vincent Sapienza5Today I visited the Chase in Hamden to payoff my auto loan. There was a long line ahead of me. When I got to the only associate available, Amanda she was EXTREMELY friendly and make me feel welcome despite the line. I have worked in banking for 12+ years in a variety of branch roles. It can be very stressful and Amanda managed everything extremely well. I think its important Chase leadership is aware of Amanda's expertise.

L G1This branch needs to get their act together. I have never seen a bunch of unorganized unprofessional people in my life. Not one person is on the same page as far as communication is concerned. The manager is as useless as they come. I will be taking my business banking elsewhere. Good riddens!!

Tracy Feger1Poor customer service, very unprofessional and unfriendly staff. My atm card got stuck in the machine because their screen froze as I was punching in my pin. When I walked in to ask for help, the door was locked, I could see an employee complaining about not working and another shewing me off because the bank was closed. When I explained that my card was stuck in the machine, I was disregarded and told that I had to call customer service because there was nothing they could do, being that the bank was closed. They were not helpful and unbelievably rude. When the employee wrote and gave me the number, she slipped the post-it note underneath the door and blatantly walked away. I have since emailed corporate and mentioned that their lack of customer service needs to be reevaluated. Do not bank at this location.
