Don't go to BOA for a home loan. They will string you a long until the last second dangling grants and incentives and won't produce any results. Their underwriters behave like they don't want to approve anyone and if you don't fit into a little cookie cutter box then just forget it. Worst place for a first time home buyer and even savvy buyers don't want to deal with them. Take my advice and go elsewhere i learned that lesson the day of my closing.

This place only earns 1 star because I can't give less. Always a looooonnnggg wait. Always understaffed. Manager always apologizes and nothing improves. This is the only branch in the area after BofA closed 2 near by branches. This bank gives the worst customer service ever !

      Response from the owner

Hi, David. We appreciate that you took the time to tell us this, even though you were disappointed with our wait time. If you need further assistance, please reach out to a member of our Social Media Client Care team on Twitter at https://twitter.com/BofA_Help or Facebook https://www.facebook.com/BankofAmerica. Look for the blue verified checkmark before communicating with a #BOA profile. ^izzy

Noone likes to answer the phone after I call 20 plus times to report fraud for the past 3 months I've called every month about the same company. From this point I don't even care about the refund just do you're danm j job and stop payments to this company like you promise every month and every month it's the same thing.

I'm only reading this one star because the option for zero Stars isn't available this is a terribly ran location that is always understaffed like the previous review state. literally every Friday the most busy day for a bank there is only one teller working behind the desk meanwhile there are two or three other people just walking around talking to people not doing much of anything. they obviously have the money to hire an armed security guard to just stand out front of the bank but yet can't afford to employee an extra teller on the busiest days of the week.. don't get an account here unless you like wasting your life away in a line

You can always expect to be there for an hour if you need a teller. Last night my daughter deposited her paycheck and they put a hold in it until Thursday. 4 DAYS FOR A PAYROLL CHECK? We went in this.morning and they couldn't have been more ignorant about it. We're done there. Switching banks after 12 years!

This location is terrible. There’s never enough staff - usually only one teller that takes care of everyone in line. I work at a business in the shopping center and we, unfortunately, bank here. They recently opened up a “business line” from Tues-Thurs. Today is Weds, and when I walked in to see a long line, I went over to the “business” teller and she said, “not today”. The one manager has heard several clients complain about the horrendous lines, but never does anything about it. One of my coworkers asked one of the (amazing) tellers (who quit with no notice because of the lack of staff) why there’s never enough tellers working here, and the response was, “corporate doesn’t think this location is busy enough.” I cannot tell you a time when I’ve come to this bank (and it’s almost every day of the week I come) that there’s not a line. This place is ridiculous.

Absolutely ridiculous! How are you supposed to do business transactions with 2 tellers (usually only 1 working) and a line out the door? This is at pretty much all branches. What happened to having a designated merchant teller to get businesses back to business quicker? This is why my personal banking is done at APGFCU!

The line is constantly out the door . There's usually 1 bank teller working during peak hours and that one teller moves in slow motion. More often than not , I end up spending my entire break standing in line . Wouldn't recommend this branch to anyone who has other things to do planned.

1 person to care for personal needs. I just needed to change my name and had to wait 45 minutes. After the 45-minute wait I was told that they can't help me. Had they had a sign in sheet or somebody at the desk I would have not had to waste 45 minutes of my time. This Branch needs a new manager.
