  Do not bank at this bank. I when see if I can have Solicitation from this company to stop. Well the young lady I started speaking with got cut off by Trish. TRISH yells at me. I said please stop yelling. I can hear you at a normal tone. She points and said get out of her bank. I said please call the police. Cause I know that's what you are going to do cause you are the victim at this point. I'm waiting. Trish wants to fight me so bad She don't know the color clothing that I'm wearing. Said something about a father and Trish takes off. I told her you are at work. I wasn't even talking to you. I have calling all week and the only thing capital one can do is hang up on me. For the love of God stop sending me you credit card auto and any other trash tou believe I want. That I clearly don't want.

  Absolute worst bank ever!! Since Capital One took over, we’ve had tons of issues!! And since when is it good practice to verify someone's identity using their FULL social security number. I'm supposed to give my SSN to someone at a call center that works for a company contracted to work to Capital One and was told that using that as an identifier is common place now. Now, they are flagging many of my purchases as potentially fraudulent and claim there is nothing they can do to allow the payments to process!!

  ZERO STARS! The worst experience with Capitol One Travel! Difficult and time consuming to get a hold of, multiple times I have been told the wrong thing to do and wasted hours of my life! Currently, I was PROMISED a call back in 48 hours, which of course they did not do. No managers, no direct numbers to call back for help. Over 5 hours on the phone so far with no results, just empty promises. I have a legitimate COVID related issue in which they have been 0 help. A company profiting from travel during a global pandemic taking no responsibility or offering any assistance to their customers. Who spend thousands a month on their cards. I'm not done by any means here, be warned before you book any travel with Capitol one!!

  This bank is EXCELLENT!!! They opened my business account patiently and professionally. Explained everything and made sure my deposits will go through in a snap, top notch bank and top notch bankers. I've been using Bank of America, Chase and TD bank, this one wins them all.   Sloooww service. Went to get a replacement check card and waited close to an hour and there were 4 reps there. Unacceptable customer service.

  Unbelievable!!!! I went overthere today for exchanging euro to USA dollar, The brunch manager try to help me... after he got the euros from me he takes like more than 45 minutes.. he did deposit the Euros in my account instead of give the money. Even he did not mention about the money will be deposit in my account. The Secret of the successful when you asking questions

  I waited more than 1 hour just to know my issues going on with my debit card. The employee is very slow and lazy to help. Trust me I don’t even want to give 1 star. Please hire some other people who is fast paced.

  Sorry but this location have lack of customer service and lqck of professionalism. Very rude and the way how they talk with customer are disrespectful. Long wait and ATM always have issues. Paying them or keep opening this location is a waste of time

  This is my bank. The people are always nice here.. always pleasant. I had an issue with my card once seconds before closing and they still helped me out.

  I only go here because it’s the only option close by. I have driven to the Pikesville branch if I am doing errands in that direction. Very slow, staff very nonchalant. And I don’t like how the younger dark haired woman loudly announces the amount of money withdrawn. It’s a safety issue.
