This review is specifically for your Relationship Banker/Notary Jean H. I recently had an appointment with Jean to have notarized a simple beneficiary form after the death of my father, where Jean immediately became confused by the form, and told me that she would be unable to notarize it because it was "out of date" or "the wrong form" (or something). I was confused by this because my stepmother and brother were able to have their forms notarized, and they were identical to mine. How could this be? Was it that I was wrong? Were my stepmother, brother, and Merrill Lynch rep (who literally distributes these forms for a living) also all wrong? Jean certainly seemed to think so, and pretty much told me so. Much to my surprise, when I made an appointment at a different BoA branch later that same day, and produced the exact same forms, the notary at their location was able to notarize the form with zero issues or confusion, and even got them faxed over to Merrill for me! So, basically, I just want to say thank you to Jean for wasting my morning and a decent chunk of my afternoon because of her ignorance, and that I hope she gets the continuing training she needs on proper notary protocol, because she clearly missed a day or two at notary camp.

There is no longer a drive through service. It is for use of ATM only. Employees are sparse recently, so it takes some time. Unless you have simple business here you may need to make an appointment ahead of time. That is if you can reach them on the phone and not someone in , oh usually maryland or Albany after and hour waiting for someone to answer. And try not to need any help after hours or on the weekend. They roll up the sidewalks it seems after 7pm

So I was ready to close my b of a account because I was completely frustrated with their automated system & customer service & a collection of recent changes that are just inconvenient. However... I just left THIS branch & the teller that waited on me was so amazing I changed my mind. She appeared to be the only teller on duty right now & even though there was a short line of customers waiting she was patient, professional, super helpful, answered all of my questions fully. She didn't rush me while I fussed she listened actually HEARD me & happily resolved all my issues. I listened for a moment as she served the next person. She provided them the same cheerful, unrushed, professional help. I wish I had gotten her name because she deserves a huge bonus & a raise!!! In this weird new world she personifies customer service at its finest.

Not happy, for such a big bank why so limited on drive through atms when there is so many people in Deltona? Really poor service that should be reviewed by your management because everytime I need to take out money, I have to wait in line at the only atm drive through in the city. And why did you close one of only two banks around?

      Response from the owner

The worst bank. They close one of 2 in deltona, then offer limited services in the only one open in deltona. I couldn’t even get a temporary debit card because I lost mine. They told me I have to go to orange city. Always rude service. I’m definitely changing banks now. You make NOTHING convenient.

      Response from the owner

Had my son go make a cash deposit at this location and they denied him making the deposit for me. What the heck? It's not a check, no money back, a straight deposit and the manager couldn't even think outside the box to make an exception. He's not on my account because he's a minor and making a one time deposit. ID matches our address and he has our last name. That was another customer you could have gained in the future instead we are so frustrated with BOA we will be closing our account. The manager could have call me also to verify if she was that worried about "fraudulent" activity. Karen Wilson was the manager and if BOA is reading this, some training needs to be done at this branch in customer service! You can see how many unsatisfied people have posted on here!

I am a business owner and a couple of weeks ago I encountered a teller I believe by the name of Gail. I checked my personal checking account first. I then checked on my business account. When checking on my business account the employee asked for my identification and I verified my account by me placing my card in the reader and putting in my pin. The next thing I was asked to do, was shocking. The teller asked that I put my signature on a blank piece of paper to verify my identity. I explained to the teller that if she needed to verify my signature, it was already on my Drivers License and there should be no reason for her to be asking for a Signature on a blank piece of paper. I asked for her manager who was Hispanic and named Joe he took care of me with no issue and I was able to get the Quarters I came to get, for toll money. Not to sure what the tellers intentions were with this encounter. Fraud maybe?...
