  I honestly don't know why I have an account with this bank. This is the closest location to me and there's literally always a line. Everytime I walk in this place, it feels like I'm having a deja vù. 10-15 people waiting, 1 teller (maybe 2 if you're lucky), and at least one or two "financial specialists" walking around at a pace that's obviously meant to let you know they are busy, unless you want to open an account, or apply for a credit card or car loan, in which case they'll be happy to help you if you are willing to wait a few hours. I'm not exaggerating, even if they are just walking around, you will have to wait at least an hour for an appointment.

  Horrible bank! Everyone is RUDE! No customer service!y fiancée and I just wanted to open a saving and checking account! They don’t care don’t give them your money.

  This branch is very slow and they don’t have enough stuff members. Always waits 15-20 min in the line. Slow slow slow bad bad......

  Poor customer service. Whole branch is by appointment. They are not taking any walk in customers.
