  We live across the street and to be honest unless we have to go, we've tried not to go as much anymore. When the staff that used to be at this Branch were let go, it kind of sucked because we had built a relationship with some of those people over the course of a decade and a half. Maria was an amazing staff member not only to me but to my father who she serviced on the day-in and day-out basis. You don't find customer service like that. It's not like there's anything extremely wrong with a new people that they place there, but there really wasn't a very good explanation as to why the staff was changed and it's extremely concerning. These are the reasons we stopped going as much. Luckily I bank at Chase so I never have the problem of getting to know anyone at the bank personally.

  Unhappy customer here. Recently opened an account. Made 2 deposits already -mobile dep and atm dep. The atm dep which is from my payroll, the check already posted after 2 working days but system put a HOLD for 10days. Branch and cust service cant help unlift the hold.. even talk to sup on duty. Nothing happenned .Am not sure if its ok with you but this is Not ok with me. Am disappointed why i transact with them at all. Am posting this so everyone would know that the bank dont make ur money available even if check is cleared already.

  Every time I walk in I'm greeted with the best smile ever from Adelisa even though i have 100 deposit slips that is annoying to go through she (Adelisa) always ready to help and make everything better. Every bank should have an employer like her in their bank.

  Always a good experience here. This bank is closest to my job so its my main location and the staff is super nice and patient with me (I have several accounts). Nervesa is helpful and very knowledgable!
