  HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. My family and I ordered foreign currency for our trip well in advance and got the confirmation email that our money was ready for pick up. I get to the bank and the 1st teller says she doesnt know anything about foreign currency. The next teller tells me my money is not supposed to be picked up until the 29th. NO I received the email my money was delivered and ready for pick up days ago!

  Line to the tellers was backed up to the door. Older lady teller was totally rude and out of line to two customers who spoke with limited English. Teller was shouting orders at them. Management should be ashamed of themselves at the quality of service that they’re providing their customers.

  Ban of America is not busy place. ATM is not busy, you don't have wait in line for a long time. ATM is with the bank. Enough parking space. It is located in a corner place of two roads. Roads are busy, be careful.

  Every time I see a bank of America I am rating it one star. Why? The fees. This bank charges so many fees for such a poorly limited bank service. I was being charged $14.95 for my checking account and $14.95 for my savings account without being told why. When this eventually overdrafted me I was additionally told as long as I keep them updated they will keep my account active until I fully pay the negative balance. Not even a week after that call it was closed and my account sent to collections . I will never use this bank again.

  Very bad service. I will not recommend anyone to visit this branch. I asked them to give me some $100 bills. But they say they don't have it. But I saw they have it. They lied to me. They are very rude to customers
