  One of the most customer-centric businesses in the city. We are a commercial customer and they go out of their way to help us five days a week. The staff are some of the most polite and hardest working folks that I have encountered. The Bank of America @ Deer Park is a pleasure to work with.

  First and foremost i do 4 deposits a week and i got say this is a five star bank. The staff is professional ,very friendly,they care about each client. When you arrive they have security,the place is very clean,if a person speaks spanish they have several employees who can speak it,the place is clean,the staff deserves a raise!!! I do business all over the united states and let me say this is my favorite bank,i love the staff they are awesome. They put their lives on the line for us we are in a covid pandemic.!!! Thank you so much bank of america Please give everyone in there a bonus!!

  How does it take an hour and a half to cash a check??? One person at the bank had that clearance. And she was in a meeting as soon as they opened! And on top of it. Charge an $8 fee. Old Point doesn't do that!

  Ashley Thomas was so amazing. Everyone was very professional and kind.Made sure we understood everything before we left . Would highly recommend going to this bank.

  This will be my final transaction with BANK FOR THEMSELVES. Banked here since 1990. Recently at a location where all the staff and I are on a first name basis, I was told I could not access MY money because THEIR security pen could not read my STATE ID. This has happened on 3 separate occasions at the same location. I was told it was CORPORATE policy that I was not ALLOWED to withdraw or deposit a d money without an ID that could be scanned, even if the branch Manager personally knows me. Today I have my passport and will be closing every account I have. Buyer Beware!! Make wish financial institution choices.

  I moved to Newport News from out of state and I had to transfer accts as my current bank isnt in VA. I set an appt for the same day. I was helped by Micah Temple, a relationship banker and he was simply a joy to be with. His professionalism was outstanding, his knowledge of the accts and extra offers the bank has was very informative, he worked at a fast pace to not have me in there too long all while still making me feel like a priority. A plus is he was even personable and helpful with giving some suggestions for whats around the neighborhood (as I posed the question of what there is to do around here). He's a great employee and my banking experience was smooth and easy dissolving the preconceived thoughts I had as living out of state, you arent met with the same type of energy and people like Micah.

  My preferred branch of B.O.A. to do my banking in the area. I'm always treated well here. Today when entering, I was promptly greeted by Ms Tunesia Winn who booked a same-day appointment for me. She was very cordial and personable who took a real interest in my banking concerns. My appointment went smoothly with Ms Dani Ferreira who resolved my issue with the utmost professionalism. She was very knowledgeable and courteous...answered all my questions. I appreciate your service ladies. Muches gracias/Thanks very much!

  I had made an appointment on the website. When I arrived, nobody greeted me. For several minutes, I was "Invisible Man". It is clear that bank officers are in competition to see who can do the least work. Finally I was noticed and sat down by a manager. Five minutes later he came and told me they were a little "backed up". (So much for making appointments.) At first my simple request was insufficiently understood by the manager; then when he finally did understand it, he handed it off to another official. She had difficulty communicating my simple request, which was handled by a different branch last year in a matter of a few minutes, to someone on the telephone. After roughly 40 minutes, the bank WAS able to resolve my request. One cheer!
