  If I could give more than fivestars, I would, because Jill is truly a phenomenal real estate agent!  Jill helped me purchase my current home and is by far the best real estate agent I have ever used.  She is very accessible and responds to phonecalls/texts/emails right away.  She is an absolute pleasure to work with and always looks out for your best interest. She is very professional, highly experienced and knows the real estate marketinside out. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is in the market for a house.

  Jill Williams is an amazing realtor! She will help you through every step of the process. Renea Matter, the mortgage broker, is also great to work with! Even after our loan was processed and sent to another company, Renea helped. This whole office is great!

  Kathie Stokes was more than amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable about real estate and very honest in her opinion. She genuinely looks out for her clients. She was very accessible to us all the time. Sometimes I'd get text from her at 10 PM and wondered if she ever slept! She fought for us the whole time; she's a bulldog on our behalf. She explained everything to us (sometimes more than once). Her Christian values shine bright through her interactions with others. I can't emphasize enough how much we recommend her!

  This company cares about making the deal. They will tell you anything to get you to sign paperwork and close the transaction. Once that is done, they won't follow through on any of their statements/promises. Forget about getting a call back from the realtor or the broker. Shady business all around... don't trust them.

  This place is horrible as a Property Manager. Now I can see why the property we rented from them was vacant for over a year before we moved in. Don't waste your time. They will not help you with anything. Every time you call them they treat you like your hassling them. I rent out 2 properties on my own and I have never treated my tenants the way they do.

  This really depends on who you're property manager is. Mines is completely garbage . It takes weeks for maintenance requests to get resolved. The property manager doesn't really care. He just wants rent paid on time. I would not recommend them for renting.
