  I recently refinanced using M&M to a 15 year mortgage from an original 30 year on my rental property after rates had fallen after my initial purchase. M&M offered a lower interest rate than others I was preapproved with (including an online bank with no one local & known for low rates), local knowledge, a personalized feel, with solid technology integrated. It's also nice to work with a business that's honest & where you have values that align with them. As a Realtor I referred others to M&M prior to using them myself, and will continue to do so.

  I had the best experience with M&M mortgage team with my second home buying experience. Everything was seamless and the team was knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. My experience was unique and they were with me every step of the way to get to closing day. They are awesome!

  From start to finish, all interactions with the M&M team has been wonderful. All of the staff is personable, very professional and take the time to clearly explain each step in the mortgage financing process. I have the M&M business card in my wallet that I wouldn't hesitate to give to someone that needs a good mortgage company.

  If I can give M&M 20 stars I would. You will not find another mortgage team that will TAKE CARE OF YOU, like M&M mortgage. From start to finish, every detail is handled with the utmost professionalism. Tiffany has been PHENOMENAL! After a failed experience with another company, I was pleased to be introduced to Tiffany, and she handled our home buying process with 0 issues. Now I reccomend her to EVERYONE I know that is even thinking about purchasing a home. She is very knowledgeable and patient. You don't feel like just another number when working with her.   I recently completed a home refi with M&M Mortgage Team. They were friendly, professional, and worked hard to both get me the best rate avail. They went out of their way to efficiently push through the process, even switching lenders mid-stream when one was unable to complete the loan in a timely manner due to heavy demand.
