Customer service wasn’t that great. Wasn’t surprised to see their low ratings. I get that working at a bank is tiring but customer service is part of the job and nobody is going to want to come back if employees have attitudes. I came in with my parents in order to help them translate considering how they’re not fluent in English. I never been to this bank before so I didn’t know how things worked. But the employees were rude some were even raising their voices just because my parents and I were a bit confused with what to do or where to go. I even saw that they also had nasty attitudes towards others customers

On 12-1-21 I excitedly went to this branch location to deposit funds into my account. Having waited for several months , I was proud to deposit these funds and clear my account balances. Unfortunately, upon arrival the line was significantly long however I remained patient and understanding. At the time their were two tellers. My dad also accompanied me to help secure my deposit. It wasn’t until approximately 20-30 minutes had passed when he asked a bank employee,” Matt keever “ what was taking so long. Instead of apologizing for the delay or showing genuine interest in solving the problem, Matt decidedly and most unprofessionally retorted that he only had two tellers and 7 employees called out of work. When my dad asked if Matt could assist his staff , Matt replied no and argued saying his supervisors suggested he should have closed this branch. He further argued asking us what we would like him to do, would we like him to close the doors, at the point of shouting. This not only made me uncomfortable but other patrons as well. He then went onto explain that having minimal staffing was not his problem it was our problem. Eventually a very supportive, apologetic, and understanding employee “Katt” came out and took up another teller position to reduce the wait time. She was beyond supportive and understanding, consistently apologizing to everyone for the delay. Matt returned to the front door upset and began filtering customers in. It is abundantly clear that matts unprofessionalism in a financial institution handling persons funds was beyond unacceptable. I would like to point out, on 12-2 I returned to this branch to Withdrawl funds, the line was slightly less long, however Matt was present and would later argue with another customer attempting to Withdrawl funds. In that instance , as I left the bank, Matt ordered the customer out of his branch saying “your done”. I overheard the customer asking why was he being thrown out, he had business at the bank, he wanted to withdraw funds, and matt being short and disingenuous to him, ordering him out of the bank. My recommendation would be to have matt undergo re-management training and address the needs of his customers in a more professional light. We all have bad days and both sides aren’t always right. But professionalism even in the most taxing situations must always be upheld, especially in a bank.

Because of fraud, our company issued us all live checks instead of doing direct deposits. On my lunch break, I went to cash the check so I could put the cash in my bank account on the way home from work and have it to pay bills the next day. BoA claimed the check "didn't pass verification" and wouldn't cash it. They told me that someone on the account could call them and let them know to cash it. So I had accounting call them. Not only did they not answer the phone for about an hour, but they also took over 40 minutes speaking to accounting at our company. Their answer was for me to take the check to my bank, and risk it not being cashed. I can't pay my bills which are due tomorrow if they do not cash this check. Awful people, awful service, awful bank.

Let me start by saying that Bank of America has been really good to me and my small business. I first opened my business advantage checking account in North Las Vegas and it was a great experience. When I moved to LA and needed merchant services, the DTLA BofA was a pleasure to work with. And then I moved to Chino Hills and had the extreme displeasure of experiencing the CHPkwy / Pipeline branch. There is definitely something wrong with the employees here. The way they at, either and they just don't care about their customers or they just don't care about their jobs. I've had to wait a minimum of 30minutes every time I came here. There are usually no more than 4 people in the entire bank at one time and almost always just one teller. I once made an appointment to talk to their "small business expert"to see what my options are for opening up a line of credit for my business. When I arrived for my appointment they told me HE WAS AT LUNCH! I came back and hour later and he still wasn't there. Just how long is l When I finally spoke with the small business person at this branch, I asked him to help me explore business credit cards options, he literally pulled up the BofA website and started reading different CC applications from the site, then offered to fill it out with me online. He was zero help and I could have done all of this myself. Earlier today I was had an appointment to do a simple wire transfer because the online portal wouldn't accept the IBAN of the recipient. Again, waited 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time before I finally got frustrated and just left to go to the Grand Avenue B of A, where I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. While I was waiting, the woman in line in front of me had a similar situation, except she was just trying to pull out money to pay her contractors, who were there waiting with her.they literally wouldn't give her her own money, and I didn't hear everything, but it had something to do with the only person to have ab access code being on lunch. If you have any self-respect, avoid this Bank like the plague.

Probably switching banks because of this branch. Lyn, or whatever her name was, lost a $50 payment made on my credit card telling me everything was fine when it charged my account twice and over drafted my account (yeah, I'm not that financially stable right now) and for some reason I was able to make 4 purchases after that where I was charged $35 for each purchase. Each of those purchases were less than $5. I can't seem to get a call back from the customer care resolution people, probably because they'd have to give me my money back for her screw up. Thanks for stealing the money I "owed" you from my direct deposit. Most likely changing banks.

Terrible service! I waited for 40 mins wasted my whole lunch, to hear they cant cash my check that was issued by Bank of America because they don't have the money!! What?!?! A bank that does not have enough money to cash their own issued checks that's pathetic! Never use this excuse for a business!

Every time I was here there is at least half hour wait. The waiting line continues to outside the bank without any shade. People have to endure the heat to get inside. The teller is extremely slow. I would suggest avoid this place unless there is absolutely need.
