  I simply cannot put into words what Chad Foster and Carla Fair did for our family. We were thinking of selling our home so we could use the equity to pay off some debts and it would let us have a bit of breathing room. Thank the sweet Lord I opened that letter we received in the mail! Carla explained the process with refinancing and it just seemed to be the best answer for our family. Chad helped us in accumulating all the necessary paperwork we needed (handled it like a champ). He went above and beyond to make the process as smoothly as possible, they were both extremely competent and caring. We would recommend these two and the company if anyone is looking to do the same thing we did, or even if they are on the fence with a decision.   I did a refinance loan with American Financial Network and the process was so easy! The agent I worked with was Daniel Pinkous and he was informative and responded to my inquiries promptly. I was able to e-sign many of the documents and a notary came to my house for the signing of the closing documents. Easy peasy! I highly recommend American Financial Network.

  American Financial Network is the most respected and hard working lender I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They originally helped me out when we did an FHA Streamline back in 2015 and they did such a great job that when we were looking to refi we went back to them again. I am so thankful we did because once again they proved themselves to be competent, responsive and gracious. They also got everything in order and closed for us within 3 weeks. They go above and beyond and really care about their clients and will do whatever it takes to ensure that the process is done correctly and smoothly. They are by far the best lender and most trustworthy I have ever come across. Thank you AFN!!!

  We have refinanced several homes over the years but this was by far the easiest and smoothest we have encountered.
