  I am finally getting time to write a review. I want to first thank Mr. Yancey for helping me with my second refinance. My first time refinancing with someone else was horrible and very stressful. I decided that I wanted to refinance a second time and began searching and was given negative feed back from everyone that I called (either the interest rate or payment was too high). Well I came across Mr Yancey's information and during our conversation he explained to me what he could and couldn't do for me. I decided to do the refinance with him and every step of the way he told me what was going on with my loan and he replied immediately when I had questions or concerns. I am so thankful for how smooth the trasaction went and how professional he was during the complete process. I will definitely use him again for any of my mortgage transactions. VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE....

  James was amazing to work with. As a first time home buyer, I had a lot questions that James was able to explain in detail and walk me through each step along the way. He was able to minimize my stress level more than once by taking the time to review the process and remind me to breathe when I became overwhelmed. We closed on time without any surprises.   I couldn't recommend James enough! After finding myself extremely unsatisfied, misdirected, and confused with the process for the purchase of my first home, James proved to be a breath of fresh air. He was patient in communicating and educating me on every step of the process, he was incredibly responsive, and most importantly - always looking out for me. He went above and beyond!   Jimmy is a true professional with all the knowledge and experience you could ask for from somebody when buying a home. As a 20 year veteran in the Mortgage industry it’s no surprise he kept me; in the loop, abreast of the things to come and made my borrowing process a breeze.
