  My experience you ask? After 20 years of doing my banking with this company they have finally made it worth my while to suffer the inconvenience of moving to another bank. This company has decided that customer service is no longer a necessity and that customers should be satisfied with no tellers, no service, closing locations and being rude. Oh and by the way America wants their name back..

  I had great experience every time I go there. All the personals are extremely helpful. They greet you as soon you enter and directs you. Love this branch very much.

  Love Bank of America, but they closed my usual branch and I tried this branch. Has to be the worst branch I've ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor Drive another 15 minutes up the road

  Just opened an account. Super quick and easy. Cards expedited to arrive overnight. We couldn’t have asked for a friendlier and more helpful person.

  The people in the Tarpon Springs Fl. branch are wonderful people but it is ridiculous when a person tries to call all day without being able to speak to a live person.What are handicapped or elderly people supposed to do i have been a valued customer for over ten years they need to hire a specific individual to answer phones. My wife and i recently applied for our third home equity line of credit with Bank of America the first time in Fl. the other two times were in New Jersey.This time in Fl. was terrible we went to the Tarpon Springs branch the other day the bank was deserted.No tellers no drive through no one answers the phone.This branch should be closed down for good.I had to drive to Palm Harbor to cash lousy check.I truly hope these reviews get read.Long time loyal customers do not deserve this kind of treatment.I received an email i assume it was from corporate typical B.S. they made more excuses than i ever heard, When your from the old school and you can't even go to your local bank to cash check somethings wrong.I had to travel 5 miles to the next branch sad.

  Unfortunately, this is the closest branch to my home & it's always issues when I come...no tellers and now only 1 teller and out to lunch during busy lunch times...this is completely unprofessional/inconvenient..their hours are bad too..it might be time to find another bank..it's sad because I like bank of America...but, the service levels have gone down significantly!

  This location needs to be scrapped, ATMs are always busy and the employees kinda have an attitude. I love BOA but I avoid this location like the plague

  The associate Amanda was very rude. This bank was very unhealthy on money funds. I was trying to get money out that they do not even have. If you have money go somewhere else other than Bank of America.! I will do my banking elsewhere...
