ISAAC DAY5I have been a member with Wells Fargo for over well over 28 years. I also been in the military for 23years as a Combat Medic. I'm use to taking care of people and I am honored to say that the team here at this branch is amazing. I was injured while on active duty and they ensured that I understood how they could assist me during my recovery from my Traumatic Brain Injury. They were instrumental in my recovery and welcoming back into the community. Great group of professionals. I would like to Thank Ashley, Patty,Norreen , Melissa, Georgia, Michael Daniel and Amanda for constantly showing patience and kindness. This old veteran appreciate you all more than you realize. George Andriotis1The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Amanda at the Tarpon Springs branch makes banking a nightmare. With 3 business accounts and 4 personal accounts you’d think treatment would be better but they have no sense of business or common courtesy. My SBA PPP applications for my businesses NEVER after 3 months were even processed. Went to a different bank after 90 days of nothing from Wells and it was funded in 48 hours. They are horrible. Just left the bank now with the final bad experience. I will be switching today. Never to return.

robert nelligan1Worst experience I have ever had at Wells Fargo I have been a member since 1999 and I waited in line to get some change and was noticed by a teller who said she didn’t have time because she had to clock out then the Mgr came out and did absolutely nothing to help me if I didn’t have so many ties from auto pay and other obligations I would shut down all of my accounts and go elsewhere. Live in Tarpon but I will go to New port Richey before I ever go back to the location in Tarpon. 22 year member worst Wells Fargo Ever. And btw this is the first bad review I ever wrote

James J4I've had some issues with wells fargo in the past but lately it has been smooth sailing. Elainee was great to work with and the staff was all willing to help in some way. Theres only 1 face in the branch I don't care for and the hour long wait to open a credit card was a little excessive. For serious matters I will visit a better branch but for typical banking needs this is my current go-to.

Grace Tran1The whole bank from manager to bank teller DO NOT know do cash advance. I tried to deposit my son 's check with my name on it, they told me I have to open another account with my name and my son 's name. I told them I deposit the check like this last month in another Wells Fargo and have no problem. They insisted I have to open another account. No comment. The staff is lack of knowledge and experience. I will not come back here again until they change different staffs with experiences and well trained.

Kelley Pentzakis4Edited my review they stepped it up a little bit. Staff is super nice but they NEED a drive up ATM so you don't get robbed. Someone tried to steal my car when I was making a deposit at their walk up ATM. So now I will only go during business hours to make a deposit at their drive up tellers.

Chuck Brady1I pull up to the drive through and the teller just rams the side of my truck with the drawer, no apology or anything, Been banking her for years, personal and business, there at least couple of times a week and all of the past great employees are gone

theodore petine1The staff at The Tarpon Springs bank were tremendous, but i can't say the same about there underwriting department.I had two lines of credit in the past with another bank never a glitch also having a perfect credit score.With all the scamming Wells Fargo has been threw you would think they would be more flexible, they have to many cooks in the kitchen, they all need to show up on training day for their classes.The representative from the underwriting department and her so called boss called me several times to ask the same question, even after i gave them a full explanation.It's obvious all these people are under qualified for their jobs if you intend to take out any kind of loan from Wells Fargo insist on dealing with the people in the branch only otherwise you will have nothing but a big headache.

Gregory “Saint”4Good level service with helpful staff and they giving good advices pretty much... I have some issues especially to open an account and the things you need to get and to keep him active... Anyway they have exchange money spot which is good especially if you are from abroad like me...
