      I’m Dr. Weaver and I’ve never witnessed corporate discrimination in real life I’m with one of my colleagues Dr. Davis he open a business account about a month ago due to being on the front lines day and night never had time to go back into the bank and make the deposit clearly this location doesn’t have their self together they were asking for an IRS form that was already shown upon Account being established. So I was in the branch here in Atlanta Georgia with Dr. Davis sitting down with the branch manager with Dr. Davis just to clear up the details about the account remind you the branch manager NASA was there when Dr. Davis open up his account in real time. Dr. Davis finally had time to go to a branch here in Atlanta and was verified by a branch manager in real time of his identity. She said that she need to see him in person remind you he was verified in office with a branch manager at that location. If Dr. Davis was would’ve been of my nationality I’m a Caucasian male that would’ve not happened to me I guarantee you.. she would’ve never told me that she need to see me in person it wouldn’t be no question .. sham on the branch manger at this location … if you’re African-American definitely you need to be on point at that location.

      Do NOT use Regions bank. Starting 3 months ago, they will not reliably post your correct balance. I have wasted hundreds of dollars trying to keep my account from overdrafting from purchases I made sometimes months in the past because the withdraw with disappear after purchase and appear at what seems like random times. I have never had such a terrible experience with a bank. Even when I do not make purchases with this account money STILL seems to come out and when I demanded that these charges be cancelled I was told there was nothing that could be done. Your money is safer stuffed in your mattress than in this bank.

      Tiffany's customer service is outstanding. She was very helpful with my requests and also gave me an additional option to help my situation. Her sincere caring is so refreshing and not just another smile and greet. I can see myself banking here a long time.

      Went to the Tapron regions bank to cash a check. I am not a regions bank members. But I felt as if I was being discriminate against for the clothes I was wearing and the way I looked. I just got finished working outside all day and Diana Demarest (a financial relationship specialist) was very rude and unprofessional. Told me to go to another bank. And She lied to my face and said she called the owner of the account multiple times and couldn’t get ahold of home. And wouldn’t cash my check. So I proceeded outside and called him personally myself and he answered immediately. And told me that no one from region called him. So I went back inside with him on the phone and they called his wife while I was one the phone with him and got a hold of her “ all of a sudden”. After they spoke with her, then they cashed the checks. But Diana wouldn’t help any more and made her supervisor, who didn’t make me feel any more welcom, Handel my checks without a problem and slammed my if on counter when handing back. For a relationship specialist it seems as if she may need a little more training on how to handle her relationships with guess from other banks. Somebody from corporate should have a discussion with her how she should treat customers. I will never bank with regions. And I will let all my friends know about this horrible encounter. A bank should not discriminate customers even if they are not banking with them.

      A little over a week ago, my car was broken into and the offenders cashed a check for a large amount. The Regions corporate office was of nearly no help: they did not report my account as compromised with fraudulent activity, they did not place it on hold and they did not cancel my checks. Luckily, when I went to my local branch here, Jim and Sandy were of immediate, close and concerned assistance. Lucy and Jim kept watch of my account for incoming automatic withdrawal payments through the next day, all fees were refunded and my money was back on my account within 24 hours, locked. They opened a new account for me and then Lucy finalized the process of closing the other one today. Jim, Sandra and Lucy were empathetic and competent. If one person didn't know something, they would find out from the other. I really can't stand the corporate Regions Bank "customer service," but I'll stay with Regions because they protected me from a massive account breach and this branch treated me with the utmost respect and urgency. Thank you, Jim, Sandra and Lucy!

      You have a long wait in line, anywhere from 5to 10 minutes every time I have been to this bank. It is the one in Tarpoon Springs on 19 right before the Walmart. But the ladies that work there are super nice and friendly and give good customer service once you do get tc them.

      Don’t ever open an account at this bank or branch. I went into this branch with a $20 check from my friend. I went to the drive-through and tried to cash the check first of all since I didn’t have an account they made me come inside which I didn’t mind they said they needed to be fingerprinted. Really for a $20 check so I walked inside and was fingerprinted and signed the check and then they told me the other good news that since I didn’T have an account with them and they wanted to charge me 10% service charge or $2 on my check. The rude branch manager came over and saw I was upset and did nothing for me saying it was a convenience fee which I disagree it was convenient for my friend so he wouldn’t To go to an ATM and withdraw $20. The teller was also very rude and I walked over to my bank Bank of America and cash a check with no problem we’re service charge. Well done regions Bank way to make your customers happy. I called my friend who had his account there and told him of my experience and he is moving his banking to Bank of America

      I love this bank and have been with them for many years. The bankers are always so sweet I’ve had issues with the atm but they have always been very quick to fix the problem. I won’t be going anywhere else

      Staff was very helpful in helping me get fraudulent charges removed from my credit card. Whenever I have had questions they have always taken the time to explain everything and brought in other associates when they didn’t have the answer or needed outside resources. Friendliest branch I’ve dealt with.

      The bank is horrible talk to Sandy she was no help after talking to Solutions. They illegally charge overdraft fees while Merchant refunded transactions. They tell you you have to prove it or you do not have one courtesy fee waived available.
