Extreme Play Time!!1I was given a notice on my account stating, "You're already approved!" For a credit card. Considering my beacon score is 745 I didn't see any issue with clicking the link. I then click a submission button and they stated I'm not approved due to, too many new accounts!! This is fraud and false advertisement on their part!! When calling in they stated they had heard several complaints, why are they stating your already approved if in fact your not. Seems extremely shady business practices!!

Stephanie Parent1The staff at this branch is (Rude, Over Talking, Thin Skinned and Sloppy. I am guessing it is management because she is a KAREN type. They don't answer the phones and some drama going on repeatedly with customers complaining.

Johnny Loewy1A few days ago I witnessed an old man at the Chase counter who was very dissatisfied with something that had happened or transpired on his account. When he asked for the manager, the manager only escalated the situation. The manager told the man that there was nothing else to say and he asked the man to please leave the branch to never return.. The old man responded he has been banking with Chase for 20 years. The bank manager told the old man that he didn’t want to hear anything more and threatened he was closing the mans account. The old man said I’m leaving and don’t you dare close my account and the manager responded they had no desire to continue to do business with him as a customer and proceeded to close the old man’s account as he left. Wow what a horrible display of customer service. I wasn’t embarrassed to call Chase my bank. They could’ve totally handled it differently.

Annmarie DeCosimo1Horrible customer service. We walked in at 10 minutes to 5pm and they wouldn't serve us. The tellers were extremely rude. I am never going back to this branch. Nasty people work here. Go somewhere else. They lost my business.

Kelsey Miller1My husband and I got to chase at 1:30 on a Saturday to try and open a joint account together after just being married and we were turned away by two staff members who were not busy. My husband has 2 personal and 4 business accounts with Chase and we had even meationed this and the staff member obviously didn’t care and still sent us on our way. We will NOT be coming back to open our account here. The staff member Ryan who opened my husbands business account for him previously was great and it took him 30 minutes to open 4 business accounts and this guy couldn’t even open us our own account together. If he cared enough about his job and the company he would of took us in but he didn’t. We will be banking somewhere else that will be glad to take care of us, thanks to him

Matt Samnik1If you are a small business owner and you like your checks held for up to 14 days and be hit with fees along the way then this is the bank for you. Takes 14 days to make sure our clients checks clear their banks. What a joke. Heading back to credit unions!!

Melinda Soto1I went to this branch to get a Letterhead with my information so I can get my 401k. Medical deposited into my account & this woman gave me an issue... I needed the funds for my son's Chemo medicine & pay for a pick-line to be put in she still didn't care & refused to do anything but turn me away, so I called Chase again to get help & they said they can not do that to go & speak with the Manager & their excuse was that all Managers r in a meeting so they can't really help... Chase is ridiculous they take ur money & want to give u issues just to provide the customers whats right... It's a shame I recommend not to deal with Sheri she was rude impolite & unprofessional with no courtesy or sympathy & definitely not helpful....

Egle1Very poor service, such a waste of time! I came in to make a deposit to my retirement account, and I was told I have to wait an hour since there is only one person who does retirement accounts. I should switch to BOA, at least there they respect customer’s time a little better!

Mike B5Many Banks out there but I chose this Bank. The staff is professional yet friendly. They treat every customer regardless if you have a million dollars or just $5.00 dollars in your account!
