Magenta 3691My mother, a customer of over 40 years, went to deposit a check on April 25 at 4 pm. She came prepared and walked past the table where people write out their deposit slips to get to the banking line. A woman came up behind her and said that was her place in line and my mom told her that she wasn't there when she walked up. The woman proceeded to berate and threaten my elderly mother, continuously saying, "Do you want to take this outside?!" My mother just motioned to her to go ahead to avoid more problems. Now, this woman and her friend are continuing to intimidate my mother to the point where they threaten to shoot her. "It's reasons like this that people get shot!" said the first one to her friend. The two bully customers wouldn't let up and my mom finally just told them, "You got what you wanted." The fact that this happened and no one at the bank, no security, no teller, and no management even considered the safety of a long-term, senior customer is atrocious! This incident should be investigated by the bank and these two women should (at the very least) be banned from this branch if not all of B of A.

samuel john1Didn’t acknowledge me after walking in and waiting for almost 5 minutes, couldn’t care to have anyone available? I don’t know 🤷🏼♀️ terrible first experience sadly as a business that banks with BOA. Thankfully I have the Lending Club which has amazing over the phone customer support. BOA phone customer support is also terrible, now I know they’re terrible in person too 😁

Alex To1Horrible customer service. Long wait for a simple transaction, closing account due to lack of ownership. Be prepared to wait 30+ minutes while associates sit on their thumbs and watch their customers suffer in line.

Michael Nothum, Jr.1I have been a commercial and personal bank customer of BofA for almost 40 years. I have multiple business accounts with high level deposits. We are classified at the highest tier that the bank has in terms of customer type. We decided to rent a safe deposit box earlier this week so we made an appointment for 9:30 AM the next day (only the second appointment of the day). We get there five minutes early and took a seat in the lobby. We are then visited by a young woman who tells us that the first appointment is running 40 minutes late and do we want to schedule another appointment. I could not even get specific information as to the HxDxW of the boxes. No chance I am returning. I am going to see if we can secure a personal banking relationship with another manager at a different branch so I do not have to go through this frustration again.

Nelly Ikebuego1I was at this branch to open an account on a Saturday morning. It was well before noon and the lady in charge walked up to me to tell me she had only one Advisor available and so, they will not be able to open an account for me. She claimed they had one more person (who wasn't even there at that time) to open an account for, before they close. I even offered to wait for an hour just in case the appointee didn't show up but she refused! I further explained I work 9AM to 6pm and so won't be able to come back and she told me to go to another bank! I've never experienced such disregard!

Ash Lee1The lady had the nerve to tell me maybe you should cash this check at your bank. Yeah I could have did that but why waste my time to drive to my bank when I'm in the area. Then she going to tell me I'm charge you $8.00 to cash a check okay that's fine I wouldn't expect nothing less from this bank. What happen to customer service?!? Please be happy you have a job or go find another place to work if your so unhappy with your job. 😒

Dana Flannery1Been here three times and they will never see you without an appt. Then they insist a basic account change takes about thirty minutes and though they close at one they stop taking appts at noon. Horrible customer service and lazy. Go to chase.

Alvaro Villagomez1Worse experience ever at a Bank of America, came in during my lunch to cash my paycheck thinking 5 minutes would be the reasonable time to be in the bank but far from it! With 8 people in line they only had 1 bank teller who spent 12 minutes flirting with the same girl he was with since I got to the bank, and two other bankers kept walking around ignoring everybody and even made personal calls to pass the time! Just to cash my check I ended up spending a total of 21minutes! In a bank that was originally empty with the exception of the girl the douche of a banker flirted with, worse experience ever for sure, I am never banking here again, I rather drive 20 miles away next time
