  Emmett was there for us day and night, weekends and weekdays. We were first-time home buyers and Emmett not only kept us informed but was patient and empathetic to our inexperience. He really went the extra mile to make sure we felt comfortable, informed, and was very diligent about keeping us up-to-date throughout the process. He was gracious in educating us in aspects of the process he felt like we lacked crucial understanding to provide more context of the value of the service he provided.

  Terrific experience - my husband and I could not be happier with our decision to work with Lynda Myrick and her team at Absolute Mortgage in Edmonds. We have had experiences with large national banks in the past and found the process to be quite impersonal, inefficient, and sometimes confusing. Lynda and her assistant Catie were always available to address our questions quickly, and they made the process quite efficient. Lynda and her team are experienced, careful, and well informed. We were given frequent updates about the status of our application, and were pleased when our loan closed about a month after our initial application, with no surprises. We are pleased to recommend Lynda and her team with Absolute confidence!

  IF I COULD GIVE A MINUS ZERO I WOULD. IT WAS A NIGHT MARE WORKING WITH THESE SO CALLED PRO MORTAGE PEOPLE. WARNING DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, UNLESS YOU LIKE DISORGANISED, RUDE, INCOMPITANT WORK ETHIC. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT IN ALL ASPECTS. THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO PROFESSIONAL ANSWER THE PHONE. I WAS A FIRST TIME BUYER, WANTED TO STAY LOAYAL TO THEM FROM THE BEGINING AND I SURE WISH I HASN'T. MAYBE BECAUSE I WASN'T BUYING A $500,000 PLUS HOME, THEY THOUGHT I WASN'T WORTH GIVING GOOD SERVICE TOO. THEY LOST PAPER WORK OVER 3 & 4 TIMES, COULDNT FIGURE OUT WHAT THEY WERE LOOKING FOR HALF THE TIME. I HAND DELIVERED EVERY PAPER TO BE SURE IT ALL WENT WELL. I DROVE 4 HOURS ROUND TRIP SEVERAL TIMES FOR THE SAME THING. THEY HAD ME IN SUCH A SERIOUS PANIC ATTACTS , ANXIETIES DAY TO DAY. I KNOW BUYING CAN BE CHALLENGING. BUT THIS EXPERIENCE WAS WAY BEYOND AND MORE STRESSFUL THAN ANYONE I KNOW HAS HAD TO ENDURED. JIM WAS A TOTALLY RUDE MAN WHEN I HAD TO BRING BACK THE VERY FIRST PAPERWORK I HANDED HIM ON DAY ONE OF GETTING QUALIFIED, AS HE SAID HE HAD MADE COPIES OF MY PAPERS WHILE I SAT AT THE DESK THE FIRST DAY. THEN A MONTH LATER HE SAYS HE NEVER GOT THEM. BS.. I TOLD HIM HE WAS WRONG, AND HE TOLD ME I COULD JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. WOW WHAT A WAY TO TREAT A FIRST TIME CLIENT, WHEN ITS HIS FAULT. I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF TRANSACTION AT THAT TIME AND IT WAS TIME SENSATIVE AND I DID NOT WANT TO LOOSE MY PERFECR HOUSE MY RELATOR WORKED SO HARD TO FIND FOR ME. LEE GREENBALM WITH KELLER WILLIANS AND HIS TEAM ARE GOLD STAR RELATORS. IF IT WASN'T FOR THEM, I WOULD HAVE HAD A HEART ATTACK. GUILD MORTAGE GAVE A CLASS I WENT TO. NOW THEY WERE ON TOP OF WHAT THEY DO. I WISH I HAD GONE WITH THEM. I WILL FOR SURE ON MY NEXT PURCHASE. ALL IN ALL IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. SAVE YOURSELF THE PANIC, HEADACGES, DRAMA, LACK OF PERFECTIONISM, DO NOT GO WITH THEM. TODAY I SIGNED ON THE DOTTED LINE. MY NIGHT MARE IS BEHIND ME AND MY PERFECT HOUSE HAS BECOME MINE. BE FAIR WARNED... OR ENJOY THE ROLLER COASTER RIDE THEY PUT YOU ON. I CANT IMAGINE HOW THEY STAY IN BUISNESS. OH, YOU DO GET A $10 STAR BUCKS CARD AS A GIFT FROM THEM FOR WORKING WITH THEM. LOL... I DON'T DO CORPORATE DISFUNTIONAL COMPANYS, SO WHY USE THE COFFE CARD. I GAVE IT AWAY.
